Dragon’s Crown may already be setting hearts aflutter in North America, but you won’t have to wait an eternity for the European release. NIS America has revealed that the brawler will bash both the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita to bits on 11th October overseas. Those of you that pre-order at participating retailers will secure an art book sketched by director George Kamitani.
The hack-and-slash title has been garnering rave reviews in the States – our write-up should be with you shortly – so it’s nice to know that we won’t be waiting forever for the European version. Is this on your wishlist? Are you already playing it? Let us know in the comments section below.

I am surely getting it, probably on Vita. This should be a cross buy title.
@belmont Yeah, it's a shame it's not. I don't know what platform to get it on. It seems suited to on-the-go play, but the visuals are also so pretty that I'd love to see them on a big TV.
Yes!!!
It's definitely on my list. Not sure I want an art book of those voluptuous jabberclackers sitting on my coffee table when I'm entertaining guests though.
It's the debate I go through every time an interesting game is released on the Vita: Do I pick it up straight away or should I wait and see if it will get released as a PS Plus update in the next year or so. Time will tell.
Most likely gonna grab the Vita verson.
I just hope the select Retailer ain't GAME, because most Non-UK ppl know their policy with Pre order bonus.
Ive been looking forward to this but like most Im torn on what to get the game for. My friend will be getting it on Ps3, but Im leaning more towards Vita but with no Cross-play we wont be able to co-op. Shame. Any news on what retailer it is that has the artbook? Im gonna rage if its that scummy GAME lol I guess id have to start a PSQR Dragons Crown Vita co-op night to enjoy the co-op at launch
After speaking to a friend about it, it seems that there is some framerate slowdown if you have more than one caster on screen, although it's not game breaking at all. That being said I'm probably going to go with the vita edition, and perhaps pick up the ps3 version when it price drops later
I was very excited for this, I considered importing it too, but the more I see of it on YouTube, the more I know I'd prefer Muramasa Rebirth.
I would really like to see a new FF Tactics using Vanillaware and this artist (although perhaps a little more restrained in his artwork).
Square-Enix and Vanillaware please make it happen!
this game is bad ass. period. the end.
