Ovosonico, the Italian outfit behind intriguing PlayStation Vita exclusive Murasaki Baby, is working on a brand new project. The company – which is fronted by Shadows of the Damned director Massimo Guarini – revealed the tidbit on its official website, noting that it’s currently in the pre-production phase on an "original title”.
Additional details are scarce, but given the Varese-based firm’s commitment to unique ideas, we’re expecting something out of the ordinary. There’s no indication of whether the new game will be exclusive to one of Sony’s systems, but it’s distinctly possible considering the platform holder’s existing partnership with the indie developer.
Meanwhile, the company’s abovementioned macabre-‘em-up is set to release at some point in 2014. “I feel like I’m becoming a father again,” said Guarini in a recent interview with the PlayStation Blog. “And that’s just wonderful.” It’s been a while since we last got a proper look at the quirky handheld hit, so let’s watch its debut trailer all over again.

I'm so excited for this game, it looks like they really no how to use the full set of abilities that the Vita has, almost as well as Tearaway does.
Murasaki means purple in japanese, if I remember corectly =)
