It's been a rough old week for the PlayStation Network, with the North American PlayStation Store seeing its ordinary update delayed. However, while those of you in Europe may have been counting your lucky stars, not everything went according to plan. Indeed, those looking forward to dancing the night away with the PS Vita version of Hatsune Miku Project Diva f were left disappointed, as the title was unavailable yesterday.
The release wasn't totally forgotten, as all of its DLC was available to download – though a game to play it on would have been handy. Fans won't have to worry about getting withdrawal symptoms, though, as they can shake their stuff along with their favourite virtual idols as of this morning. Here's hoping that Sony is just having an off week, and that a good weekend's rest will set everything back on track. Were you one of those left refreshing the PSN endlessly last night? Well at least it's here: I've been patiently waiting for Dragon Fantasy II and still no word about an EU release. The guys at Muteki Corp. keep on saying that they submitted the game to SCEE and are waiting for their response. Sorry for the off-topic rant, but sometimes SCEE just sucks.
i'm frustated. can't count how many i refresh the store and blog.
i want that Lone Survivor so much.
then again, I hope next week not.. it's FFXhd time
Losing patience with Sony Europe. They charged me for downloading the Pixeljunk Vita game which is free this month and have told me the game isn't free - when it clearly is - won't be refunding me and have now banned my credit card from being used on PSN. "For the gamers."
This isn't as bad as SCEA's failure to update the store, but it's still awful. How do they still manage to screw up digital store refreshes? It boggles my mind week in, week out.
@rastamadeus - I hope you left out the part where they only banned your credit card after you called up your credit card company to have the payment stopped? Otherwise seems really stupid on their part. Charge you for a free game and then ban your credit card? Real nice.
Still waiting for the Store Update in the US...
@rjejr Sadly they did just ban my credit card. I've told them they have until 5pm today to actually get in touch with me and explain or at least tell me they're working out what the hell is going on or I'll be reporting their useless arses to Watchdog. Twenty-seven minutes to go and nothing. Again, "For the gamers..."
