Everyone's favourite publisher EA plans on showing off six new games at this year's E3, the ever-knowledgeable Geoff Keighly has revealed on Twitter. The Spike TV star also promises that EA's one hour press conference will have full coverage when it begins at 12PM PST on 9th June.
Of course, speculation has already begun at the Push Square offices regarding the titles that will be shown. Outside of Star Wars: Battlefront, which was confirmed to be at the show by CEO Andrew Wilson during a recent financial call, the rest of the line-up remains something of a mystery. We'd take a guess that BioWare's newest entry into the Mass Effect franchise will make some sort of appearance, as well as highly anticipated sequel, Mirror's Edge 2. And of course, it's probably safe to assume that a couple of these reveals will be sports-related, but the mention of such a beefy number of new games has certainly got us eager to see what the mega publisher has in store.
What would you like to see EA lift the curtain on? Are there any franchises that you'd like to see make a return this year, or are you hoping for something completely new? Build your hype to foolish levels in the comments section below.

Everyone... Favourite?
It'd be awesome if one of those new games was Knights of the Old Republic 3 from Bioware. Will never happen, but nice to think about.
@Gamer83 I would be ecstatic if that were one of the announcements, but as you said will never happen. IDC what EA announces I will be waiting for Bethesda to hopefully announce Fallout 4!
Like we give a crap about EA.
Rolo To the Rescue or James Pond would be nice, just to show EA are still capable of throwing a curveball.
@Sutorcen "Like I give a crap about EA." You don't, some people do. Simple.
@Madd_Hatter401 me too, fallout 4 please
@divinelite extreme but surreptitious display of sarcasm.
Also maybe expect the other battlefield to be shown
Many things EA do drive me insane, but despite myself, Bioware have a couple of franchises that I simply can't resist. I will be watching...
I'd kinda like something from Dead Space, more in line with 2 though as opposed to 3, which was a bit poo in my humble opinion.
Super excited to hear and see more of StarWars BF @Sutorcen I give a crap about EA
I'd love to see another Dead Space, Mass Effect, and Lost Planet game please!
Any Vita's?
I wonder how many of those 6 will wind up on Wii U?
Hey, I'm just playing along with the EA sarcasm
fifa, battlefield, amy hennig/visceral star wars game, mass effect, need for speed (who says it has to be made by ghost games?) & madden?
i'm hopin there'll be a new burnout by criterion though
@Gamer83 man, i didn't even THINK about that!!!! that would make me jump for joy....i often forget Bioware is an EA company. Thing is, they have ME, which is already a sci-fi space-faring combat RPG lol. while it would be amazing for them to tackle the SW universe, it would be too close to ME with lightsabers and force instead of guns and bionic powers.
@drumsandperc92
Yeah, I honestly wouldn't even have brought KOTOR 3 up but I heard somebody mention on IGN's Xbox podcast a week or two ago about how much they'd like to see that some day, then hearing EA has a bunch of new games set to announce and there's the always high interest in anything Star Wars, so it's something to think about. To be honest I'm not the biggest Star Wars fan but the first KOTOR was awesome and to see Bioware return to it would be great. I love the Mass Effect trilogy but don't really have much interest in re-visiting that universe again anytime soon. I'd rather see a completely new Bioware RPG or if its going to make a new game based on existing IP, I'd rather KOTOR 3 or even Jade Empire 2. But Mass Effect is huge so that's what we're going to get.
@Gamer83 Oh my gosh, that would be absolutely amazing. I love 1&2 so much. A new combat system would be amazing too.
New battlefield maybe?
