The revolution will be televised – apparently. Sony’s announced a spontaneous Twitch livestream in which it’s promising to show a sneak peek at an upcoming PlayStation 4 title. That release is almost certain to be The Order: 1886 if the logo in the promotional image is anything to go by. All will be revealed at 13:00PM PT (16:00PM ET/21:00PM BST). What are you hoping to see?

Ok. Is it going up at 8pm in central America?
@RawWilson1 30 minutes from now, wherever you are.
Well, that was short indeed. Looks gorgeous, though.
But the heavy letterboxing...one has to wonder if it isn't because of "cinematic reasons", like the devs claim, but because the PS4 wouldn't be able to render the game at that quality in 16:9 fullscreen. Would definitely prefer to play the game without any black bars on my TV, cinematic feeling or not.
Blink and you'll miss it, indeed. For those that didn't catch the clip, we got about one minute of gameplay. It sure looks pretty, though.
Can sombody please explain to me, why the PS4 is not compatible with the adobe flash player, and cant play 60percent of videos? This is the PS4 FFS!!! So annoying.
@Davros79 I agree, also the live from PlayStation app doesn't have their channel. Things like this need to be implement. Ideally before E3. Cos we should be able to see live conferences and game reveals on a dedicated Twitch app.
Apparently an insider said they making room for E3 so I'm guessing there may be more to come
@Reverend_Skeeve They would be able to. The game is only rendering at 1920x800 so of they diced it to fit a 1.70:1 aspect ratio then they could run the same resolution & do it. The letterboxing offers them the wider 2.40:1 aspect ratio which as a side effect would offer up a wider FOV as well as looking more 'cinematic' (plus it should ensure the game looks sharp, in the same way blurays do with that ratio). That's if their using the wider aspect ratio that way anyway. I'm hoping it may be like Beyond, as once the game started and I became engrossed - I forgot the game was letterboxed.
Damn, I missed it. I wish I knew sooner.
@MadchesterManc Alright, I see. Thanks for the clarification!
Now that you mention it, I played the Beyond demo on PS3 and didn't even notice the game was letterboxed...just that it looked gorgeous.
Hopefully, we'll see more at E3 and maybe even get a release date.
Just seen 2.45 seconds of gameplay on kotaku looks stunning. Questions remain over the gameplay though!! It looked like, "clear this linear area of enemies, an then move on to the next area" hard to gauge tho, with the slithers of footage We've seen so far.
@ErnisDy lol "What shooter is different" erm well you mention metro, the likes of destiny is still a fps such but it has many new features that make it a much fresher take on what metro is!!! There is room for some innovation on established game genres you know!! uncharted for eg has duck and cover shooting mechanics , but also has puzzles/exploration. I just hope the order doesnt end up being RYSE with guns, thats all.
