Jonathan Blow has been working on PlayStation 4 title The Witness for five years now, and judging by this new batch of screenshots, it's been well worth the effort. The enticing images show off some varied locations in the stupidly pretty puzzler, and it's not hard to completely lose yourself in their beguiling char...
Ahem, sorry, we lost our train of thought there. Needless to say, we're looking forward to this game. As for its release date, Blow remained predictably quiet. "It's still officially 'when it's done', but these days 'when it's done' is getting closer and closer," he stated on the PlayStation Blog. "The Witness is an ambitious game with a lot of things for us to get right, and getting it right takes time; I don't want to rush the game out at the cost of quality."
Still, if you're worried about resolutions, the title will run at 60 frames-per-second in 1080p. But really, when the art looks this good, who cares about all of that nonsense? Will you be diving into The Witness when it finally arrives, or will you be too busy staring at these gorgeous screenshots? Let us know in the comments section below.

PlayStation, home of great titles and awesome graphics^-^
Not a fan of puzzlers but this does intrigue me, I'll assume at some point it'll be Morpheus compatible, seems an obvious fit. I'll probably only pick this up on the cheap or if its Morpheus compatible. Does look fairly nice though.
It really does look outstanding. I'm also not especially convinced by the gameplay, though.
Definitely keeping an eye on this one. I think it's either gonna kick ass or be total shite... Hopefully the former!
Myst-esque, I like it
@get2sammyb Same thoughts here.
