While the E3 show floor is only just about to open in sunny Los Angeles, the press conferences are now done and dusted for another year. With an entire industry’s hopes and dreams pinned on the shoulders of a handful of organisations, the cynicism from some message board pundits is already flooding the web hard. Alas, we felt that each firm had its moments, with French publisher Ubisoft certainly not being an outlier.
As expected, the company’s press conference hinged heavily on tentpole sequels such as Assassin’s Creed: Unity and Far Cry 4, but it also had a surprise to share in the form of the rebooted Rainbow Six: Siege, which demonstrated a return to the more tactical focus of previous entries. Don’t worry if you missed the show, though, as we’ve compiled all of the highlights for your viewing pleasure below.
Ubisoft E3 2014 Round Up
- E3 2014: The Crew Hits the Road from 11th November in North America
- E3 2014: The First Five Minutes of Far Cry 4 Are Fearsome and Fantastic
- E3 2014: Assassin's Creed: Unity Takes Us on a Tour of Its Open World
- E3 2014: Assassin's Creed: Unity Wants to Rule the World on PS4
- E3 2014: Valiant Hearts: The Great War Is Probably Going to Make You Cry
- E3 2014: Ubisoft Bursts Down Doors With Rainbow Six Siege
- E3 2014: Tom Clancy's The Division Tugs at the Heart Strings in Story Trailer

I watched it and AC Unity looked great so did R6 Siege and the division, although I didn't like the host she swore too much it was like she was trying to act cool and it was really off puting
Assassin's Creed looks very pretty, but I'm eagerly awaiting more details, especially regarding the co-op. Other than that... I guess Far Cry 4 looks like fun.
Personally I thought the conferences were all great. Highlights for me are Zelda, Batman, AC Unity & Far Cry.
I'm not sure why so many people complain when there are so many great looking games on show!?
@FullbringIchigo Actually for the first time in a few years, she was being herself. Aisha tyler is a very edgy comic, and this year she wasn't holding back.
I liked Aisha's stage presence. She is amusing. As for games, Ubisoft are the third party that release the greatest amount of games I want to play. Ac unity, r6 siege, fc4, the division, the crew and valiant hearts are all on my hit list
FC 4, Unity and R6 were the highlights for me. Got the first two pre-ordered didn't see R6 available to pre-order yet but that is a game I will be buying, a new entry in the series is long overdue.
