The LEGO series may not be the world's most innovative, but it reliably serves up a satisfying, kid-friendly portion of brick-bashing and exploration. Later this year, LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham is scheduled to appear on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and Vita – and it's now been confirmed when we'll be getting our hands on it: 11th November in North America and 14th November in Europe.
The game takes the series into space, at the behest of the villainous Braniac, which is definitely uncharted territory for our blocky band of heroes. This one features more than 150 playable characters, which is more than enough to satisfy any DC Comics fan. Otherwise, it looks like more of the same from Traveller's Tales. That's not always a bad thing – we gave the last superhero entry a positive review – but if you weren't a fan of the LEGO games before, this one looks unlikely to convert you.

Well the mrs will be happy shes a batman fan.
No more Lego
I love almost all things Batman but I dislike the Lego games....I may have to try one of them and see if my love of the caped crusader can overpower my feelings on the Lego games.
Let's hope it's as good as the last Lego Batman and Lego redeem them selves of Lego Marvel. Worst Lego game to date!
@danny2kd You're the first person I heard that from. Lego Marvel was awesome. Matter fact, Lego Marvel and the first Lego Indiana Jones are the only Lego games I ever purchased.
Edit: Oh and Lego City Undercover.
@XFsWorld I just really disliked it, I have played and completed all the rest and loved them but marvel just didn't do it for me
@XFsWorld @danny2kd - Lego Marvel crashed every other time my kids played it on Wii U. From what I read other versions had big issues also. TT really needs to learn how to patch.
Im not a big Batman fan, didnt play either of the first 2, but Im buying if the Legion of Doom swamped based helmet shaped HQ is in it. And the Wonder Twins Jan and Jace. 150 is a lot of characters so I figure theres a chance.
@SimonAdebisi your lucky my daughter cant read XD
Id rather get it for PS3 hopefully its will be great for it too
@rjejr batman 2 is top.. specially because of err ..that other guy with red boots
@N711 I love real Lego but this digital saturation business is a bit mutch, I suppose if kids like it, I'd go for something like Lego A Clockwork Orange or Lego Evil Dead game
@SimonAdebisi lol dont tell anyone but I hated the movie XD
yea too much business tbh
@rjejr Yeah I did find bugs in it as well.....but I was talking about the game itself.
Lego Marvel is awesome, the amount of things to do was insane and it was very fun to plat the game!
I don't think Lego Batman will be able to top that game...
@XFsWorld - Well considering my kids kept going back to it despite the daily crashes and rven after finishing the main storyline, and with everything else they have to play, I cant imagine it was bad. My youngest does seem to get off on having his own Gameoad screen though, I think it gives him a sense of empowerment in co-op with his older brother. Im not playing it until after Nov 28 when my PS+ expires, too much else to do
Oh, BTW, very cool HW pic.
What a nice way to make up for Arkham Knight not being done on time.
This is great news, I'm so glad that the original Amazon date of November 30 wasn't true .
Now to just wait a year for the price to drop down to $20 New .
@rjejr Well thanks
