With last week’s big release Destiny now in orbit, the remainder of the industry clearly thinks that it’s safe to release its wares. This week sees the arrival of a slew of smaller PlayStation titles, with Murasaki Baby probably the pick of a varied bunch. Noteworthy mentions include Disney Infinity 2.0: Marvel Super Heroes, which is ready to extract all of the cash from your wallet in Europe this week, as well as the purportedly punchy Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution, which is finally due out in North America tomorrow. Let’s get down to business, shall we?
Pick of the Week: Murasaki Baby
Murasaki Baby is one of those PlayStation Vita games that seems to have been on the horizon for an eternity. Announced at Gamescom a couple of years ago, the exclusive title is the brainchild of Shadows of the Damned director Massimo Guarini, and sees you shepherding a frightened child and her balloon through a nightmarish world.
The real appeal of the title is the way that it’s been tailored to Sony’s handheld, using all of the device’s touch inputs – and a few other features to boot. Swiping on the rear touchpad, for example, changes the scene, which then allows you to interact with the world in different ways. It’s certainly weird, but it deserves your attention all the same.

I thought Disney infinity 2.0 was coming to VITA also?
Murasaki Baby FTW.
@danny2kd - Nothing ever comes to Vita. May have to hold your breath for Minecraft.

Tempted with the sheep slaughter simulator.
Destiny is taking all my time for now though so will probably wait.
@rjejr I've had it on preorder for months for my daughter as it was on all the sites... God dammit
@danny2kd - Sorry if I upset you, I don't have any knowledge of it not coming to Vita, I was just messing around. Sorry. See the little winky face
Oh wait, are you talking abut Disney Infinity 2.0 or Mncraft? I know absolutely nothing about that Disney. Wiki says 2015 though: "Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes will also be released for PlayStation Vita on an unspecified date in 2015."

And I hate linking to IGN on Sammy's site, but you seem distraught:

@rjejr Somebody has a problem with the Vita...
@Mr0303 - I think it's Sony
@rjejr **Looks at avatar and the article above this one** Sure lets go with that.
Muraski Baby sucks! jk! Imma get that one! XD
Looking forward to Murasaki Baby the most, but I'm not sure if I'll get it on day one.
Fun little fact: Murasaki Baby is called 'Purple Baby' in Japan. (and Murasaki is the Japanese word for purple if I'm not mistaken)
I think Murasaki Baby is a terrible idea.... If I wanted touch controls I"ll be playing in a cell phone.... I think many Vita users fele the saem way
I saw no one Voted Naruto, seeing how i preorderd it and want it badly, i voted that, it shot up to 8% xD
Disney Infinity 2 for me, loved the original.
