Everyone loves an impulse purchase, but the sheer number of savings on the PlayStation Store these days is getting out of hand. Not long after discounting a number of smaller PlayStation 4 titles, Sony has announced that it’s cutting the price of a bunch of PlayStation 3 and Vita releases, too. All available from today in Europe for under £8, this tempting selection includes big hitters such as Mass Effect 3 and Mortal Kombat.
Highlights for the Vita include Ridge Racer: Ultimate Edition and Need for Speed: Most Wanted for just £6.49, as well as Rayman Origins for the even more attractive £5.79. Over on the PS3, there’s Dragon Age: Origins for £3.29, Just Cause 2 and SoulCalibur V for £3.99, and Sonic Generations for £5.79. It’s a pretty decent lineup, which we’ve included down below. Is anyone else still waiting for Sony to release a new firmware update for PS4? Our last major update was in April...
@RawWilson1 I think everyone is. They said 2.0 would come before Christmas.
Probably will be buying Sonic Adventure 1 and the DLC for it as well as the DLC for the 2nd game and Sonic CD as well. Is NFS Most Wanted any good for that price?

Rayman Legends and Origins for £6.49/£4 respectively on PS3 are great deals. Such amazing games! Everybody please buy them so Ubi might make some more!
There are some tempting things in that list for the PS3 but I'll have to resist them...I can't buy more when I already have games waiting to be played. The Deus Ex: Directors cut...which Deux Ex is it? The godlike original from way back in the day, or the quite sucky in comparison human revolution?
Maybe Rayman Origins at that price.
Didnt know original mass effect was on ps3? Played 2 and 3 and really liked them despite silly story and characters. I might get that one
