PlayStation Store updates can be dreadfully disappointing affairs. You wait all week for them to come around, only to find that there’s nothing in the lineup that you want to buy. We’re confident that that won’t be the case this coming Tuesday, however, as Sony has compiled one of the most exciting software rosters in quite some time. Remember, we’re pulling this information from the PlayStation Blogcast, so this is primarily focused on the North American refresh – but we’re sure that much of the content will launch in Europe, too.
It’s the PlayStation 4 that’s in for the biggest treat, with three new major retail releases up for grabs: DriveClub, Alien: Isolation, and NBA 2K15. Remember, you’ll get a stripped back version of Evolution Studios’ racer for free if you’re a PlayStation Plus member, and you can find out a little more about what that will include through here. Other titles include stealth game Styx: Master of Shadows, as well as PlayStation Plus freebies Dust: An Elysian Tail, Pix the Cat, and Spelunky. Finally, the brilliantly named DiveKick: Addition Edition will be fighting fit next week, too.
Just because all of the big stuff is coming to the PS4, doesn’t mean that there’ll be a lack of content on the PlayStation 3 or Vita either. Cross-buy racing game Jet Car Stunts is due out on both systems, while NBA 2K15 and Alien: Isolation will obviously be available on the PS3. If you’re looking for something new to play on your Vita, then Pix the Cat will be free for PlayStation Plus subscribers there, too, as will the previously released Rainbow Moon. We’ve included the full roster of titles down below, but do let us know what’s caught your interest in the comments section. Tasty!

Wow, what a lineup!
Let the craziness begin.
Rainbow Moon is fantastic; one of the best Vita games out there! Even if you don't think it's something you'll like, definitely give it a try. I typically don't get into games of this genre, but this one hooked me.
what I'm hoping for is that they announce a new Sale of the Dead last year's was awesome
@crazykcarter This is only the start, too! So much more to come!
what a line up indeed. for once the ps4 has more coming than the others. excited
I'm excited not only for this line up but because it feels like the ps4 has finally started and the drought has ended. Can't wait to be broke and have a big backlog of classic games to finish
I'll obviously be giving driveclub a whirl, probably pix the cat, I'm gonna save alien for a nice Christmas session. I'll leave dust and spelunky for a later date. Just too busy grinding down destiny and haven't even started with shadow of Mordor or Minecraft, also still have Watchdogs to finish.
thats a lot of ps 4 games. Really hitting its stride.
So the ps plus version of driveclub is out tuesday yeah? But the full version is out on the 10th?
I will be checking out Driveclub and Dust for sure.
