“How do you cope with being badgered on Twitter by irritated fans 24/7?” That’s probably what we’d ask Sony Worldwide Studios suit Shuhei Yoshida given half the chance – and you’ll have an opportunity to pit your own queries to the popular president as part of the upcoming PlayStation Experience event in Las Vegas.
One of the twenty confirmed panels for the fan event will see the abovementioned executive joined by Scott Rohde and Adam Boyes in a no-holds barred question and answer session. If you’ve ever wondered which of the trio of executives is the most ticklish, then now’s your chance to put your curiosity to rest.
In reality, while this discussion is certain to prompt some silliness, there are a lot of fascinating panels also on the itinerary. Naughty Dog, for example, will be discussing how it rendered Nathan Drake’s amazing Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End character model, while The Last of Us’ lead writer Neil Druckmann will be joined by Double Fine boss Tim Schafer to talk storytelling.
It honestly sounds brilliant, so it’s a shame that Sony’s only committing to “certain parts” being livestreamed – we’d like to see it all. Either way, whether you’re going to the event or not, we’ve listed all of the panels and their descriptions below. This does seem like an event they should covrr live via some PS3 app for the 65 miilion people like myself that have a PS3 but not a PS4 yet. ( based on 80m vs 15m, I rounded a bit and didnt take into account Xbox360 owners) Or st least a large supply of after the event vids, Im not really one for live. S recreation in Home would be nice, unlesd that plug wad already pulled?

Just got the email w/ this vid - which I'm sure has been linked here somewhere sometime but I went over the past 5 PS EXP articles and I couldn't find it The vid gave me goosebumps. You'd expect them to unveil the PS5 watching that clip, not just a 1 year on the market anniversary for the PS4. I'm still not buying a PS4 this year, but they are making me want to buy 1. Maybe after this we can all read the words "greatness awaits" without giggling.

My question? Why vegas? If it was boston, nyc, id be there i a flash with about 4 people in tow. Unfortunately i was the only one who could justify the flight, hotel, etc to go of my friends because ive got 4 weeks of vaca time to use ip by dec 31 or lose it. Other than that i would ask where last guardian is, whats the word on god of war, any chance of heavenly sword or medievil reboot, and finally the biggest question of all. How does it feel knowing you made the psx years ago, and your competitor is touting a modern day version of it?

Goosebump vid indeed. Although it became akward when I came across a 3DS and 360 reference in the video and Vita is no where to be found but other than that yeah I'm giggling about that... still not getting hyped though
