Telltale’s titles are not exactly renowned for their visual prowess, even though we’d argue that both The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us have great art styles. It’s no surprise that the outfit’s upcoming Game of Thrones is not exactly going to be a looker either, then – as these leaked images which appeared on Twitter over the weekend indicate.
There’s definitely a much more realistic vibe to these shots compared to its previous comic book-inspired outings, with the likes of Margaery Tyrell and Ramsay Bolton resembling their real world counterparts. However, the whole thing’s still got a rather cartoony look to it – even if it isn’t quite as pronounced as the abovementioned titles.
We’ll learn more about the developer’s six-episode series soon, with Episode One: Iron from Ice due out later this year. Are you looking forward to this spin-off story? Grow a beard like George R. R. Martin in the comments section below.

Not fantastic but as long as the writing is up to the usual standard that's all I care about.
Arya Ready? I don't know but I'm ready to play!
Typical sense of graphical entitlement that's lead the games industry off the financial cliff!
The graphics looks absolutely fine. They're stylized and are in a genre where graphics is perhaps least important. Get some perspective!
No one can Hodor me back from buying this.
Darn, I like Tell Tale games. But I am not fully familiar with Game of Thrones lore. Hopefully it wont be a problem...
@Xalbador40 that's as good an excuse as any to get familiar then. Honestly, it's great.
Arya ready? Lolz
They should have at least given Ramsay Bolton long hair in this game.
If it's like the show they won't make any money due to all the pirating. jk

I love the books, love the show, and I have really enjoyed the history book George R.R. Martin just released on Westeros. Cannot wait for more ASOIAF lore!
Since they are using the actor's likenesses for this I hope that means they are voicing the characters too. Would seem weird if they weren't. Don't want to get my hopes up though.
For a telltales game it looks pretty good. I don't really care how good it looks, just get it to run sweet and make sure the writing is up to snuff. Should be cool.
I wish Game of Thrones was on Netflix or something so I could watch it. Welp, this will be a TellTales games I'm going to have to miss..
@Bad-MuthaAdebis LOL
