There’s no time for restin’, as the PlayStation release calendar is as stacked as ever. Taking top billing this week is Assassin’s Creed Unity, but it’s not exactly got the spotlight to itself – LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, PES 2015: Pro Evolution Soccer, and Tales of Hearts R are all worth a mention. With so much to choose from, one question remains: what are you buying?
Pick of the Week: Assassin’s Creed Unity
With Assassin’s Creed Unity, we reckon that Ubisoft has courted more controversy than the revolutionaries that shook France in the late 18th Century. We’ll freely admit that we know absolutely nothing about this period of history, but we have witnessed the mutiny that the publisher has almost had on its hands several times over with its latest game. It’s going to be especially interesting to see if Arno and his band of brothers can overcome adversity and make this next-gen centric adventure a success, then.
For those out of the loop, the title puts you beneath the hood of the aforementioned Frenchman, who finds himself inducted into the Assassin Order, as he seeks redemption for a string of family murders. This is the first title in the series to feature co-operative multiplayer, allowing you to enter taverns in order to team up with any of your buddies that may happen to be playing at the same time. They must serve a different kind of grog in Parisian pubs, huh?

Nothing?
@Bad-MuthaAdebis really? Nothing on this list sparks a little interest? Come on Lego Batman 3 is out! It has Lego Adam West! What more do you need in life?
Seriously what do you play? :-S Everytime a post goes up for a game you are in the comments expressing dislike to it. Not having a go - I just cannot think what you would like?
Any way Pushsquare where is the Lego Batman review?!
@ZeD on ps4 I'm currently 'when my dualsocks are fixed' enjoying, rayman legends, shadow warrior, shadow of Mordor, the odd game of destiny in the crucible, now and then a game of UFC or Fifa. Need to start on alien isolation but I've not had the chance yet, PSN games I've still got downloaded are strike suit zero, futuridium, octodad and minecraft. Unity is the same old stuff and has poor reviews, this site said nano assault is more miss than hit although I'd still like to play it I'm not going to jump in on week one and I'm not overly excited about, I tried the pes demo, didn't like it, prefer and own Fifa 15, I have dragon age arriving later in the month too. I'm not negative about all games at all. Just in past couple of days I've expressed an interest in trying out GTA, Kyn the indie looks interesting, lb3 interest me too but I need to have a good go on my vita version first.
@Bad-MuthaAdebis Dragon Age shoukd keep you busy.If have not played Gta this is a great time to get it! 🎮
Next week is the one: GTA V, Dragon Age & FarCry 4....this week is rubbish.
@ZeD vice city and the original top down GTA games were the only ones I really enjoyed, I figure this is worth a shot, I'm excited to play farcry too but I'll be renting it because I know for a fact that ill pick it up and won't put it down until I've destroyed it, a week will be plenty enough time to enjoy it.
Anyone know how much terraria is going to be?! Otherwise I'm saving my money for GTA V!! (Have on pre-order)
@Bad-MuthaAdebis Far Cry! Only game where you can attack with Elephants! XD
Unity and Batman on Wii U, both will probably be brought when cheap.
