Yes, it's definitely Saturday

Surely, surely it’s not WAYP time already? The clock on this writer’s PC toolbar says that it’s Saturday, but these articles come around so quickly that we’re struggling to believe it. That said, there’s Premier League on the television and we did spot James Martin on BBC One this morning, so we’re pretty confident that we’ve got the date right. Let’s get to business, then, eh?

I’ll be doing my best Brendan Fraser impression this weekend, as I work through waves of mummies in Deadfall Adventures: The Heart of Atlantis for review. I’ll also be polishing off MX vs. ATV: Supercross – y’know, all of the hits.

With review duty over – for now – it's time to dip into Destiny, fumble the ball in FIFA 15, slice up swordsmen in Samurai Warriors 4, and slap down smugglers in Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition. Well, that's the plan, at least. In reality, I'll probably just spend hours grinding in Destiny for reasons that no one alive can possibly explain.

I'll be diving into the new Call of Duty [But it’s not out yet? – Ed]. I haven't really been a fan of the series since Call of Duty 2, so I'm surprised at just how excited I am for the latest edition. Other than that, I'm probably going to work on 100 per cent completing The Unfinished Swan, as I did the same on the PS3 way back when, and it was a great time.

Fall break being over means back to the grind with school, so I'll mostly be studying this weekend, wishing I could afford to play Lords of the Fallen and Sunset Overdrive, which look like games right up my alley. I'll try to play more Alien: Isolation if possible.
