It's not even Boxing Day yet, but UK retailer GAME is already breaking out the big guns. Despite being historically expensive, the specialist store has been pretty competitive in the hardware space of late – and this £349.99 uber-bundle is one of the best that we've seen so far. It looks like Santa will be arriving early for some of you.
So, what makes this package so good? Well, it includes a 500GB Jet Black console with a DualShock 4, as well as retail copies of Grand Theft Auto V, DriveClub, and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, in addition to a downloadable version of The Last of Us Remastered. If you sold them on eBay, the extras alone would be worth a good £100.
There are other deals like this in Britain right now, but the difference with this one is that it comes with four blockbuster titles, rather than a couple of cheap and cheerful sweeteners. We suspect that most of you reading this have already got a PS4, but if you haven't grabbed one yet, you can add the offer to your basket through here.

Tempting but ebay is so volatile its hard to guess what I'd get for DriveClub, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and a downloadable version of The Last of Us Remastered. They'll probably be better boxing day deals but this is good for some especially if they didn't buy GTAV and TLOU on PS3.
My kids just bought Wonderbook:Book of Spells for their mom for Hanukkah for $4.49, hows that for a deal (I really think they just want to watch her sitting on the floor flailing about trying to play it, but its the thought that counts.) I was going to buy them Walking w/ Dinosurs as a sign of gratitude but its $29.99. Diggs Nightcrawler is only $14.99, I might pick that up instead.
Deals are good.
@rjejr Diggs Nightcrawler is pretty cool.
@rjejr My kids have played all of the wonder book titles, and they are all good - without exception. Walking with dinosaurs is perhaps the least "fun" as it has a more educational/exploration bent, (less a game) but that doesn't make it bad. Its good at what it does. Diggs is really well done and worth buying. They loved it.
AMAZING Deal
If only Sony had put out a PS4 20th Anniversary Bundle and maybe a bundle with infamous, knack, last light, the last of us, driveclub, little big planet, killzone maybe even a few so called indies.
@Ginkgo - You must be in the UK, those games are like Bigfoot and the Loch Ness monster in the US. Thanks for the feedback. Some day.
@get2sammyb - Yeah, I thought you might appreciate my picking up Wonderbook, I know we've discussed it a time or 2 over the years. Mostly how it seemed much bigger in the UK than US. (Probably something to do w/ JK) I was so bewildered to see it on the shelf, I had to have it.
So what does a guy who works w/ all these modern video games ask his parents for for Boxing Day? An old manual typewriter? My mom always buys me clothes.
@rjejr
Check Zavvi, dunno if the deal is still up, but they had wonderbook add- ons for as lil as £0,05, which totally rock!
Cool gifts for Hanukkah? What ever happened to dreidels and shitty presents??!!!
What is a retail copy?
@Boerewors - My wife is jewish, we're raising the kids jewish, but I'm a big fan of Christmas, so I can't do dreidels or shitty presents The dreiedel game is fun though, we'll be playing it w/ my catholic family today. Well that and 8 player SSBU. And maybe 2 player Eye Pet and Friends for the little ones.
Happy holidays.
@rjejr
If the wife's Jewish, the kids are Jewish
But why not combine best of both worlds indeed?l (had a really inappropriate joke here... Removed it in the Christmas spirit )
SSBU is the absolute best! We have 7 kids (I know :S) and everyone always makes fun of me at the office... Guess who's laughing now?? Ok, they are... But 8 player smash is a blast here!
@Boerewors - We only got up to 6 player SSBU, my 2 sons who are good at it, my nephew who is ok, and my 2 nieces who are clueless - they do know all the words to Frozen though - and myself. It was mostly fun except that donkey Kong level, too many moving platforms and no floor. My nieces had alot more fun playing Ntinedo Land. All Nintendo all the time though w. lots o kids.
