It's now 2015, and with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt starting to close in on our once peaceful lives, it's time to get hyped with a few minutes of storytelling.
Giving a brief overview of what a Witcher actually is, the title's latest trailer is narrated as folklore, and it certainly sets the tone. Now that the ominous Wild Hunt is threatening the world, it's up to fearless warriors like grizzly Geralt to fight back. Are you already brewing potions and sharpening your blade? This is my most wanted game of the year
Hyped! Kinda glad it got delayed due to my massive backlog. Preordering a n3dsxl and majora's mask didn't help manners either lol
can't wait to get into world of Witcher for the first time.
hope this one is newcomer friendly, or better if they do something like Dragon Age Inquisition to bring new player to the same page.
@whywai88 From what we know it'll be like the latter. Its own story with a few references to the older games, so I think newcomers should mostly be okay.
Xbox exclusivity (and a cruddy PC) kept lots of folks from this series until now. Glad it's finally coming out and on PS4 this time. Gotta preorder that hardcover guide😊
On my want list! May's looking good for Avengers 2 too!
I was really looking forward to playing this next month as I've been dying for an RPG since getting my PS4 on release. When I found out it had been put back until May I was gutted I decided to give Dragon Age a try a couple of days ago having been on the fence since it came out last November as I've never been a fan. So having been going back and forth over weather or not to purchase Dragon Age I finally took the plunge and to be honest Im so glad I did. Im actually happy The Witcher was put back as I know I'll be getting atleast 100 hours out of Dragon Age and if The Witcher had of dropped next month I would have never given Dragon Age a shot and what a shame that would have been.
The witcher saga is amazing! The games, the books, everything. Im sure this one will be good. My only concern is the frame rate. Dragon Age was set to 30fps just like The Witcher 3 is now. Inquisition had its drops. Here is hoping The Witcher can keep with a steady 30fps.
