Well isn't this a nice little surprise? Arc System Works' Damascus Gear: Operation Tokyo is heading to North America, and it'll only set you back $14.99. A European release is apparently coming afterwards.
The mech-'em-up releases later this month on the 24th March on the PlayStation Store. It's essentially a mix of role-playing game mechanics and somewhat frantic combat. In a bid to take back Tokyo from machines gone mad, you pilot big robots known as GEARs, and proceed to blow stuff up.
You can take a look at the title's trailer that we've embedded, and let us know if this is your sort of thing in the comments section below.

It looks pretty interesting. Any word on English voices in this one?
If its somewhat like Frontmission, it's an instabuy. Love me some mecha action!
@Cowboysfan-22 Nah, no chance I don't think. It's very much a budget Western release by the looks of it, in the sense that it'll be translated and that's about it.
So first we got Helldivers. Now we have another top-down action game for the vita.. With mechs... I'm getting it
