Gosh darn it, Japan, you get all the luck when it comes to customising consoles, don't you? Back since gaming began, the Land of the Rising Sun has always enjoyed freedom of choice, whether it's with varied console colours, or cool looking accessories.

And for the vast majority of the time, these variations never make it West. Unfortunately, we'll now have to add three more PlayStation 4 faceplates to the list of disappointment, as Japan celebrates the Resident Evil and Samurai Warriors franchises with style.

We're particularly liking the classic Resi faceplate, while the Sengoku-based addition looks edgy - especially on that black PS4. Do you like what you see? Mope about and try not to shed any tears in the comments section below.
