PlayStation Vita will feature in a NicoNico livestream tomorrow, as Japan Studio prepares to outline some new "download-only" software for the portable system. The programme description isn't entirely clear, so this could include unseen titles – or localised releases that are merely being brought over to Japan. It's probably best to keep your expectations low.
We are due some new software announcements for the pocketable appliance, though, as Sony's been very quiet since the release of Oreshika: Tainted Bloodlines. We appreciate that most of its efforts are focused on the PlayStation 4 right now, but the handheld is selling decently in Japan, so we had expected a little more support from the platform holder.
We'll bring you all of the news as it breaks from 20:00PM local time tomorrow (12:00PM BST), but do let us know if there's anything in particular that you're hoping to see in the comments section below.

Even as somebody who owns and enjoys the Vita a lot, I'm not excited. Gravity Rush 2 for PS4 announcement, please.
I'd love another first party RPG from Japan Studio on Vita.
Knowing Sony, I'm certain 95% of the games featured will be on PS4 with the Vita versions having been given the least amount of attention possible. They'll be developed by the studio mascot, Chim-Chim the golden retriever, within a span of a fortnight and subsequently run at the resolution of a postage stamp at a frame rate measured in single digits.
Sony wants Vita dead, even in Japan. They only care about PS4, even in regions where it makes total sense to support Vita, more so than PS4. They deserve to become irrelevant in the Japanese market.
@wakkawakka Are you seriously an insider for Sony? We do not know at this point if it is PS4 related... You seem to know way too much about the state of the Vita, no offence, just saying.
I'm expecting yawnworthy moments.
@wakkawakka Maybe, but I'm looking on the bit more positively, Its my favourite handheld by a country mile and I strongly believe its going to continue doing well in Japan and increase its numbers in mainland Europe over the next few years.
Please be something good!
