The current fiscal year is now very nearly over, which means that there's one last week of big releases, before spring slowly starts to calm things down again. We hope that you've been saving, because there are a handful of meaty blockbusters on the way, including Bloodborne, Borderlands: The Handsome Collection, and Toukiden: Kiwami. Of course, even if you've got the cash, good luck finding the time to play through them all in full.
Pick of the Week: Bloodborne
The one that masochists all over the globe have been waiting for, Bloodborne has been billed as the PlayStation 4's first real must-have exclusive – and a slew of stellar reviews reinforced that point overnight. Loosely based upon the Demon's Souls and Dark Souls games that proved so popular on the PlayStation 3, this is the latest project to put Hidetaka Miyazaki back in the director's chair, and it shows.
Set in the haunting gothic landscape of Yharnam, this pledges a much prompter experience than its predecessors, with the emphasis on aggression rather than defence. Despite this change in direction, though, it's still rock solid, with death having real repercussions – and many of the bosses taking no prisoners at all. You'll need to have patience to progress, then, but work your way through to its gritty conclusion, and you'll earn some real gamer cred.

Not a bad week at all.
Infected wars and Damascus gear, any sign of an eu release?
@danny2kd We know Damascus Gear is coming to Europe, but no concrete release date. With any luck, it'll be in tomorrow's store update, but don't get your hopes up just in case.
Bought bloodborn a hour ago! Will buy toukiden and borderlands. this is an expansive month
@ShogunRok thankyou, that's the main one I want, May help my gundam breaker 2 obsession lol
@danny2kd I know that feeling!
@ShogunRok you play? If yes addicting as hell ain't it! I'm surprised they never got localized considering the mass of english players!
Obviously Bloodborne & Borderlands: The Handsome Collection.
I'm only looking forward to Bloodborne honestly, stopped caring about Toukiden when i learned no english voices, and I dropped Borderlands franchise after beating BL1 (borrowed from a friend).
