You didn't think that DriveClub's anticipated replay mode was going to be half-baked, did you? As you're no doubt tired of us telling you, Evolution Studios' exclusive PlayStation 4 racer has really come into its own in recent months, and replays look like another excellent addition to the high-octane outing.
The video clip below shows off all of the camera options that you'll have at your disposal: Trackside, Vehicle, and Gameplay. We really like the shaky cam format of the first one, particularly the shot shown from about 30 seconds onwards. There's also a 'Replay' option, which will toggle between all of the aforementioned types dynamically, allowing you to sit back and enjoy.
You'll be able to save a total of 50 replays, and you'll be able to watch these back at any time. You'll also be able to go into Photo Mode at any point while viewing one of these, meaning that you'll more precisely be able to take your perfect shot. The feature will be added alongside tons of other improvements tomorrow, as part of a free patch.

blabla PS+ version blabla where blabla demand blabla abandoned fans yadayadayada the usual complaints.
This mode does look good though ^^
holy mozes this is awesome. AWESOME I tell you!
@AyeHaley buy the game, yes they promised a plus version but at this point a demo does not metter at all, this game became impressive, with all the content available right now , there is no need for a demo, really you should buy this game if you like racing ones.
Meh, I'm on the bandwagon that says they should just give the full game away for free instead of wasting time making a trimmed down edition to give away. They do owe it to us for screwing up to begin with.
"as part of a free patch"
I've never known any patch cost money so yeah, you'd expect it to be free.
@jayclayx you exactly explained why there SHOULD be a plus giveaway. For those of us who aren't racing fans but are willing to give this one a try.
Still, it should be the full version when it comes out.
Truly a fun game. I got it when it was on sale (and thankfully I did since the game seems to have gone back up in price after the latest updates). Nice to play a realistic racer in between sessions of Mario Kart 8 and Sonic Racing Transformed .
I've been in Philippines for 5months(Im fully aware of the issues driveclub had at launch),I got back to the UK last Tuesday about 7.30am..i bought driveclub from a small video store near me(shogunrok knows the one I mean) at about 6.30pm the same day and it's just brilliant..forget the ps+ version(and the ridiculous "why don't they give us the full game for free" comments) and go out and buy it.. It's around £18-22 used
Wow....excellent stuff
People need to give it a rest about the free version. Either buy the game or don't but stop whining about a free version. Give it a rest games get cancelled all the time. Be glad they didn't totally cancel the game. No one owes you anything.
@Tasuki "No one owes you anything" - exactly, I'm glad someone else has made this point!
Patch is live. and 7.16gb (!)
@JesWood13 sold almost 2miliion copies and counting...meh, never going to happen.
@ztpayne7 the game is a money maker for sony, almost 2 million copies sold... never going to happen. get a job!
I really don't get why Evolution/Sony should give Driveclub away for free at all, as it is there is already a ton of free content which Devs/publishers hardly ever do. Driveclub is brilliant well worth every penny love the game, I have no problems supporting Evolution Studios.
