Sit Down and Shut Up: Battlefield Hardline's Got a Drivable Couch

Oh Battlefield, you've changed man.

Pretty funny but zero interest still.

Does anybody think this game will be good? I haven't played any Battlefield games before but I'm thinking of getting either this or BF4.

@Superstick Im not a big Call of Duty nut, or a a big FPS fan, but i gotta say my favorite to play when i am in the mood is Battlefield 4. I think its a superb game for the fact it doesnt feel like a game of run and gun. It feels more like im in a warzone which feels much better and much more immersive. This is coming from someone that owns and plays mostly RPG's too. lol. BF3 and BF4 are really good. ive played the beta for Hardline but it felt like a mix of CoD and Battlefield.

@SouthTippBass It isn't DICE, EA is outsourcing to another developer.

I'm just hoping there is some fun to be had with the campaign. I'll dabble a bit with the multiplayer, but I'm really hoping the campaign is good.

The beta was the most fun ive had in a BF game since bf3 so im for sure getting it.

@NomNom If by outsourced you mean developed by Visceral, one of EA's other in house studios, then yes.

This remember me to classic NFS 2, where you can use legal and funny cheats for drive any traffic car, but also, any "mobile" thing in the game, like a "kiosko", the famous T-Rex, until a Tree Log, yes, a "Tree Log", jiji, XD

Please just return to a ww2 game , I want a 1942 remake the 2002 game was so good with submarines ,the spotting for artillery etc and massive tank battles on Operation Aberdeen . I know there was a little game a few years back but I want the whole caboodle with flying fortresses manned by 5 players ,moveable aircraft carriers ,destroyers ,katuyshkas ,nebelwerfers ,kettenkrads etc etc .
Done properly with today's technology it'd be so good. The world is ready for a new ww2 online game .

@NomNom DICE still has a hand in the multiplayer part of the game. Even though Visceral is making it, DICE is helping them out. If DICE is involved...no thank you.

As for a WWII game, no way, there were so many of those freaking games before this modern FPS genre hit. Sorry, but WWII FPS are not interesting and I really don't consider those games with their crappy guns any fun. zero fun, zero interest, @#$%%y guns, I'll pass on any WWII FPS game. eeesh.

@Bigdoggy I agree that there where too many but now there are too many modern day and futuristic shooters , I'm ready for a new ww2 Battlefield game , its now been 13 years since Dice released 1942.

It still doesn't take away the fact that WWII FPS are crappy. Maybe other people like them, but I find them boring, the weapon selections have always been awful in WWII based shooters. while there are a lot of modern fps games being made, they still have a better weapon selection resulting in them being more fun.
