Can you hear that? That's the sound of everyone at Push Square Towers groaning at this godawful Guitar Hero trailer in unison. The 15 second clip β which teases a 14th April full reveal β shows a band getting ready to take to the stage, with a gaggle of disconnected actors trying to get pumped for the occasion. The worst bit? The backstage groupie who gurns her way through a "seductive" good luck message.
As for the game, well, it'll probably feature plastic instruments and note highways. Can't wait.

"It's about to get real". Rumours suggested they were going for a more "realistic" look β seems like they were accurate.
Oh dear.
"Good Luck" Groupies confirmed?
Well that was incredibly short and unsatisfying, BUT I think your guys' reaction is much worse then it deserved.
Honestly, I'm quite happy that the plastic instrument games are coming back, they were some of the most fun games to play with my friends way back when. I'd say it's time to dust off my guitar, but I still use it enough that it isn't dusty.
looks rad , consider me stoked
@Jazzer94 i sure hope so. The one thing guitar hero was missing was "good luck" groupies
But in all seriousness, I'm stoked. I love guitar hero and i miss it dearly
I enjoyed the Guitar Hero series, but I'm glad they took a little break. Hopefully, they're coming back with some new and fresh ideas for the series. I'm looking forward to the reveal tomorrow!
LAAAAMMMEEE!!!!! Where's the Rockband 4 teaser/reveal date? I'm skipping this and getting that, as I've always prefered that over Guitar Hero.
@Kidfried Ight, homie.
Awesome! Been hoping for another GH to come out. A couple of guitar controllers, a few friends and some beers. Always made for a fun night.
I am now aware of its existence.
I hope this has portrayed my ambivalence.
Wow...it's been a while since the last guitar hero, and I guess it's time to get the guitars back out! Too bad the Rock Revolution Drum kit doesn't work for any other game. Found Rock Revolution (with the drum kit) for $5 brand new at K-Mart six years ago, liked it, but...hmm...flopped and never had any more use for the drum kit. Too bad I'll never break my Rock Band Beatles set out of it's box!
