While we would assume that many of you are anticipating news of Project Morpheus to blow up at this year's E3, we may actually end up getting some juicy info on Sony's virtual reality headset later this month. The PlayStation 4 accessory will be featured at Nordic Game 2015, a Swedish event that's running from the 20th May until the 22nd.
Jed Ashforth, Senior Game Designer at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, will be taking part in a talk entitled 'Beyond Immersion: Designing for Project Morpheus', which certainly sounds interesting to us. According to the official description of the session, Ashforth will be discussing "the exciting Project Morpheus VR platform with practical information for game developers exploring the possibilities of virtual reality".
Needless to say, we'll be keeping an eye out for anything worth mentioning, but how excited are you for Project Morpheus? Are you keen, or are you still weary? Explore the comments section in first-person below.

I'd rather here about it sooner than e3. A little bit at e3 is okay as long as they keep at it five minutes or less. They need to show some great exclusives.
@ztpayne7 What if those great exclusives also happen to be Morpheus games?
@get2sammyb well 1, I don't feel that virtual reality games carry over to an e3 presentation very well, and plenty can go wrong (wonder book). 2, I think they need to reinforce the big exclusives with their user base that have already signed on, and 3, I don't think too many (announced) exclusives should be tied to a $200-400+ add-on. I feel like if half of their exclusives announced are for Morpheus only, I think the fan base is going to be very unhappy. I wouldn't be opposed to Morpheus compatible games, but I understand that's not necessarily good for Morpheus.

Hopefully not, Morpheus could be amazing.......but it could be Sony's version of the Kinect story.......with an oversized ego, they pour assets into a peripheral and forget what's important.
I'm still curious about this, but if the price is more than $150 I'll be out. I hate paying for an expensive item that then gets left behind (Wonderbook. Nintendo Zapper Guns, Nintendo Fit Board, Rock Revolution Drum Kit). This looks amazing, but I don't want a large E3 presentation on it...we need to be shown a bunch of exclusive games for the system coming out...this to help the PS4 stay on top and keep it on top. Show Hot Shots Golf...haven't heard anything about it for a long time...don't show off Uncharted 4 (everyone knows about it), and show off some newer exclusives that others didn't hear about already...and not just indie-download-only-titles...retail.
Im going to throw some of my money at it and/or on pre-order to get an original.
Our government might ban it or something along the future, you know how ninny nannies are.
