Batman: Arkham Knight's not technically out until later in the month, but it looks like the street date has already been broken in some parts of the world. One user on the IGN message boards has posted an image of the game running on their PlayStation 4, along with snaps of the Blu-ray and box art.
It's unclear how the person in question managed to acquire the title early, but you may want to tread carefully if you're waiting until release day, as spoilers are certain to hit the web any minute now. The game's officially set to deploy on 23rd June, and we'll have much more coverage in the run up.

Small, independent retailers.. Dvd rental shop near me generally gets games in stock and on sale a few days before official release...unusual if it's just over a week away though
@teknium_ It's a shame these stores don't tend to be very common anymore. We used to have a great little shop where I live with loads of Mega Drive and SNES games, as well as all of the current stuff. They just don't really exist anymore, though.
@get2sammyb I have a few of those shops where I live. That's where I get most of my games for my older systems. I have always preferred small ma and pa shops over the bigger retail chains. Sadly as you pointed out Sammy they are disappearing due to the strangle hold these big corporations have.
It's always small stores that sells games earlier to steal customers away from big retailers. It's not actually allowed tho but people rarely gets caught. It's MUCH more common in European countries. But of course not in Sweden where I live. Nintendo especially "murders" anyone who even dares to sell their products early. You'll get games the earliest a day ahead if you're pre ordered the game via mail.
@get2sammyb There's a few in Merseyside but heck we are known for stickin two fingers up at rules.
There are a lot of games released way earlier than it suppose to be. The Witcher 3 and Bloodborne for example. I just hope dat in the near future, Publishers and retailers can fix this issue.
Dat lucky bastard tho, lol.
