Associate editor Robert Ramsey's student hours strike again – Tales of Berseria has been announced for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 while he's still in bed. The game – revealed during the imaginatively named Tales of Festival in Japan earlier today – will feature a female protagonist named Velvet.
According to a Gematsu report, the title's debut trailer showed the heroine trapped in a prison, while she's later spotted riding a ship. What does it all mean? We ain't got a clue – but you can view the release's teaser website through here. Are you hyped for more of this hit franchise? Spin us a yarn in the comments section below.

I haven't played a Tales game since Tales of Symphonia and Tales of Abyss, this might be the next one I play.
Berserkia?
@Gemuarto Berseria.
First they need to release Zestiria on thee PS4. I bought the PS3 version in Japan and I guess it's fine but they could pump up the graphics a little for next gen making the game a little bit more relevant.
Can't wait. It's been a while since I've played a tales of
PLEASE be nothing like Graces, Xillia 1/2 and Zestiria.
Well bring SOMETHING to PS4 this year! Zesteria, Berseria, whatever. Anything will do.
@AyeHaley I've only played Abyss myself, and never even really started the game, only played 1 or 2 chapters.
Awesome news. Love all the Tales of games. Vita version would be greatly appreciated!
Been wanting to try a game in the series.
