Sony's really pushing Destiny's big September expansion, The Taken King. So much so, that the release is actually getting its own limited edition PlayStation 4, along with a more standard bundle.
First off, the themed, 500GB white console sports an elegant design, and comes with Destiny: The Taken King Legendary Edition, which boasts the base game, the upcoming add-on, and the first two expansions. You also get an upgrade to the digital collector's edition, which comes with a slew of exclusive downloadble content, and it'll launch on the same day as the expansion, on the 15th September.
Secondly, the more ordinary bundle includes a black PS4 and again, a physical copy of Destiny and its expansions. Are you tempted? How do you think the design looks? Protect the galaxy in the comments section below.

I actually really like the design. I feel like the circular emblem is a bit much, but the rest of the design is ace.
@Bad-MuthaAdebisi Maybe with the fact Fallout 4 is aligning its self with the XB1, I doubt you will be seeing a PS4 Fallout console - You may be able to get a Fallout 4 XB1 or a Tomb Raider XB1 in November though
As for this console, I really like the design - even for a white console! Is this the first ever custom console for an expansion pack???
@BAMozzy Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. It may well be, mightn't it? I can't think of another one.
@get2sammyb I certainly couldn't think of one...
This console should have been designed for the release of Destiny instead of just the plain White - I am still tempted now but unlikely to swap out my standard black - however I would have made much more of an effort to upgrade far sooner than my finances would have let me justify though...
Looks good.
But no doubt costs 150 quid more than a regular PS4 and they send you the controller after 2 weeks as a "hot fix".
That looks really good. It's a shame it's associated with a mediocre title.
I quite like the design, but I detest that horrible, all that is wrong with gaming, pile of crap software.
Lord knows it's beautiful!
Destiny may suck, but that design doesn't. If that gold emblem wasn't there it would really be a beautiful console. It's still gorgeous regardless though.
Destiny just doesn't seem worthy to me of a PS4 model. I'm OK w/ a game bundle, but I'm not buying a PS4 to advertise Destiny. Uncharted, Ratchet, FFXV even, but not Destiny, AC or CoD. Just seems unnecessary.
This is Destiny's second limited edition PS4 console. First one was the Glacier White model.
