Bizarre bird dating simulation Hatoful Boyfriend will give the PlayStation 4 and Vita a peck on the cheek this month. To be clear, we're not using vaguely sexist British slang when we say 'birds' – we really mean the ones of the feathered variety. This bonkers visual novel – due out on 21st July in Europe and North America – sees you hanging out with a coop of cute chicks, with your goal being to win the hearts of an array of avian other-halfs.

This version will include a fresh "romance option featuring Tohri", which means that "there is a whole new story path for long-time fans and new players, as well as a brand new ending" to look forward to.
