DriveClub is practically a different game now to the one that released last year on the PlayStation 4, and Evolution Studios is showing no signs of pumping the brakes. Those of you that own the title will be able to download v1.20 for free from today, which adds a ton of requested features and functionality to the high-octane foray.
The headline additions this time around are the new Elite Driver Levels, which will allow you to increase your rank beyond Level 60. The difference here is that, in addition to garnering a ridiculous amount of Fame Points, you'll also need to accrue enough Tour Stars. Have you got what it takes to be the best?
Other additions include a new Random Event option which will allow you to get behind the wheel and out onto the race track quicker than ever before, as well as changes to the way that the Club Leaderboards are displayed. You'll also have the option to dial down camera shake intensity if that's your thing.
And, of course, there's support for a couple of new Tour Packs, which will be available to download from the PlayStation Store later in the month. But that's not all: the developer states that it's continuing to work on requested features such as Private Lobbies, as well as new add-ons beyond the conclusion of the Season Pass.

It's about time Tour Stars are used for something other than unlocking new classes & tracks.
REALLY looking forward to the private lobbies.
Should have been first on their list imo, it's what most of my gamebuddies want and what's keeping them from playing the game more often...
That said; great job supporting the game. The amount of content from the season pass is nothing but amazing. Many could learn a thing or two from that.
Great stuff indeed. I've already hit the 5 additional levels. A few time trials to unlock the ELITE levels might be quite challenging at times. Looking forward to the upcoming HORSEPOWER Expansion Pack! Evolution Studios simply rock!
How do you actually get the elite levels? I've been level 60 for a while and have 945/945 tour stars. My profile says something about level 61 = Bandipur Reverse Ferrari 599XX Evo, 1' 11". Is that what you have to do to get level 61?
Also, it says about stars 0/45 although both have green ticks next to them?
Can anyone explain?
