Can you hear that? It's the sound of Hell freezing over. At the San Diego Comic-Con this weekend, PlayStation wish fulfiller Adam Boyes and Xbox spokesperson Larry Hryb hooked up for a head-to-head in Disney Infinity 3.0's all-new Sumo Digital developed kart racing mode. Neither of them looked especially uncomfortable, perhaps proving the point that the console wars only occur online.
In fact, Major Nelson spent a reasonable chunk of his weekend playing PlayStation games – he also took a moment to check out the PlayStation 4's forthcoming Project Morpheus headset. As for the above multiplayer match, Hryb claims that he won. We reckon that Boyes was going easy on him after last month's E3 smackdown. Just kiddin', obvs.

Major Nelson won? I'm ashamed of Adam Boyes, he has let the PlayStation Nation down. To make up for it, hurry up and get a good, working version of Resident Evil Revelations 2 on Vita.
Major nelson comes across a bit odd, but actually he's made a huge contribution to gaming bigger Tha even I thought....
Major Nelson was also a member of the small team of people who devised the concept of 'Xbox Achievements,' a popular feature of Xbox One and Xbox 360 games, that was later adopted by Steam, PlayStation Network, Nintendo Network, and other gaming platforms.
How dya feel now???
@themcnoisy since when does Nintendo have achievements/trophies? (I agree with your sentiment though trophies give games so much more value, so I am appreciative).

If that was directed at me, my comment was a tongue in cheek one. I know who Major Nelson is, I like Xbox almost as much as PlayStation and have been reading his blog and listening to his podcasts for what seems like forever now.
@Gamer83 sorry dude it wasn't aimed at you at all, I know you play xbox a lot and I think everyone who plays xbox knows Larry. It was to the broader Ps audience and I've also thought of him as a bit odd. But at least he's a gamer.
@thedevilsjester maybe in game accolades? I'm clutching at straws here :/ I took that entree from his wiki page.
@themcnoisy
Yeah, I'd say he comes across as overly enthusiastic sometimes, but at least he knows what's talking about and on his podcasts he's lined up some good developer interviews over the years.
the important question: WHO WON? XBOX or PS4?
