Nariko, is that you? No, on closer inspection, it's Necalli – the latest character to join the Street Fighter V roster. Announced at EVO 2015 over the weekend, the dreaded combatant "utilizes a wild, animalistic fighting style to brutalize his opponents". He's described as a hard-hitting brawler with a wide variety of "savage, close range attacks". Put it this way: you wouldn't want to bump into him in a dark alley.
The feral fighter's Variable moves include a V-Skill which enables him to pound the ground, as well as a V-Trigger which changes the colour of his hair and temporarily unlocks access to some new attacks. This was just one of many announcements for Capcom's latest and greatest over the weekend, as it also revealed that you'll be able to unlock all of the sequel's DLC for free. Definitely getting Street Fighter V next year cannot wait to play it, if done right the free DLC will be a lot better than different versions of the same game. Looking forwards to seeing more of Street Fighter V stages, & gameplay modes.

Pretty interesting looking character. As long as his tattoos are red, that's fine with me. I've seen worse tribal around here lol. Dying my hair red? Ehhhhhhhhh nah.
i kind of like him. imo though hes a bit too over the top. i miss street fighter when it was about human(ish) realistic(ish) fighters, you know like, karate guy, boxer, wrestler etc. and yeah there was blanka but he was still somewhat down to earth. he wasnt magical he was just an animal/man. it all is getting too manga like. oh back on topic i hate necallis hair, at least when its red and floating. looks ridiculous imo. sorry bout that folks. no one wants to hear an old man rant about how things use to be lol

Gotta say, he does look pretty cool to me. He also reminds me of some other character, but I don't know of the top of my head.
