If you've ever tried to leap off the track in WipEout in order to land your craft further down the circuit, then Super Impossible Road may just be the game for you. The minimalistic racer does away with rubber banding and power-ups, instead requiring you to hop off complex procedurally generated circuits in order to get the – ahem – jump on your opponents.
The title's in development at indie outfit Wonderful Lasers, and will feature a full single player campaign in addition to local and online multiplayer. There's no word on a release date just yet, but judging by the trailer embedded below, the core gameplay loop is already complete. Are you jumping for joy over the prospect of a different type of racer? Finish first in the comments below.

This looks cool!
@get2sammyb
You're right it looks amazing but also looks like a game I'd be rubbish at. I'd keep coming off the track at the wrong point
The iOS predecessor was pretty good, hopefully this'll come to PS+ at some point.
Nah does not look like something I'd enjoy at all
