Mad Max is about more than flying fists and exploding vehicles – who knew? To be fair, while this trailer does attempt to add a bit of fictional interest to proceedings, it's the punch-ups and colliding cars that will keep you watching. The clip's supposed to offer a brief glimpse at the various outposts that the protagonist will encounter throughout the game, where he'll befriend a variety of curious characters who'll aid him in his fight against the, er, Scrotus.
To be honest, we couldn't get past the hero's impeccable facial hair and bulging biceps. The game's due out imminently now – from 1st September in North America and 4th September in Europe.

Man, I like what I've seen so far, but I get the feeling this is going to get destroyed by The Phantom Pain.

When I first heard about this I had no interest but they have did a really good job selling me on it over time.
I'm not 100% sure I will get it day one or not but will be picking it up.
If it came with a Pre-order Ford Falcon Interceptor or MFP vehicle, I would have been hooked without a review, massive fan of the films. But, as long as it gets a solid 7+ from Pushsquare, that'll be good enough for me.
It does look good, and after seeing the film I am interested in this and will no doubt give it a whirl at some point, but really there's only room for one game this September.
