According to Yosuke Hayashi, the producer of Dead or Alive, Japanese publisher Koei Tecmo is working on several PlayStation 4 exclusive titles. In other words, the company may be starting to switch its attention to Sony's newest console rather than holding games back so that they can be released on the PlayStation 3 as well.
Hayshi says that these new-gen titles "will end up releasing in 2016 and beyond, but we'll release all kinds of things that we couldn't do up until now". He goes on to explain that projects have previously been held back by the technical limitations of last-gen machines - a point that was also made by Nobunaga's Ambition producer Kenichi Ogasawara during our interview with him.
What do you make of this? Are you eager for Japan to forget the PS3 and finally move on? Spread the joy of next-gen gaming in the comments section below.

Hoping for a good looking DW game.
About time.
I was a fan of their games back on the ps2 like Dynasty warriors and gundam but it got repetitive on the ps3 so I'm hoping for something refreshing for the ps4
It's about time other Japanese developers have started to focus on Ps4 after the likes of Nippon Ichi, Compile Heart etc have already released exclusive titles for current gen
At last! I've been hoping for this kind of news for a while.
On another note, "unnanounced"?
@Matroska Good spot - we totally missed that one! How embarrassing.
Hope is new Hokuto Musou for ps4
@Illusionistt yeah me too, I blitzed DW6 and 6 Empires, Fist of the North star, Gundam 2 & 3 (3 is my favourite game out of tecmo ever) and then this gen I picked up DW and played 3 or 4 battles and am so tired of the formula I traded it in. We need less releases with more quality.
Glad of this news though I want Gundam 4 to literally blow everything away.
And Vita as well, why the pic is Cao Cao's army? You need to put KT logo instead.
