November is going to be a big month for the PlayStation 4, with blockbusters like Fallout 4 and Star Wars: Battlefront hitting the system - but why splash all of your hard earned cash on such frivolous items? What you really need to nab are a few custom faceplates for your machine.
Yep, 'plates are coming to Europe next month on the 18th November. At launch, there'll be four colours to choose from, including 'Neon Orange', 'Aqua Blue', the unimaginatively named 'Red', and 'Glacier White'. Gold and silver versions will be releasing a little later, but sadly, these two won't be available in the UK, Ireland, and Australia. What a load of rubbish.
As for pricing, the faceplates will cost around the £14.99 mark if ShopTo's pre-orders are anything to go by, which thankfully isn't a totally unreasonable price.

Shame gold and silver aren't available. Don't see why they can't make them for other countries

Red looks nice but u have seen so many other variations tied in with certain ps4 bundles, would have been difficult to be a bit more imaginative ?
You can just go to aliexpress and find different stuff like this for your controllers and console. I'm not a big fan of modding the visuals as I cannot see my ps4, but I can see some people's appeal.
The faceplates with designs are expensive on ebay. I believe some were limited. I might get the blue one and buy a DQ slime vinyl sticker and stick on it or something.
Oh wow, these are all hideous on the white one, which is what I have. Not appealing at all. Then again I got the white PS4 in the first place because it's so sleek. Adding a faceplate to that ruins the aesthetic.
Unless they came out with something as awesome as this, then I might reconsider:
