We're more or less in that nitty-gritty part of the year where news doesn't happen quite so much because games are bloody well coming out. That said, Ubisoft did manage to drop a mammoth-sized bombshell in the form of Far Cry Primal earlier in the week, while Sony rounded things off with a PlayStation 4 price drop. Busy week, then.

Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection - 9/10
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection is probably the best PS4 remaster thus far – and the system's had more than enough of them to give that statement weight. While there are small elements of all three bundled titles that have failed to stand the test of time, this is still a stellar trilogy, with stories and set-pieces that generally tend to better most modern games. Of course, existing fans will already know what wonders await them – but newcomers should brace themselves for 30 or so hours of solid gold.
Transformers: Devastation - 8/10
Transformers: Devastation is a great example of how to take a licensed property and turn it into a quality title. While the game is a little on the short side, it's strong from start to finish. Generation 1 fans have every reason to be excited for this, as it's not only lovingly crafted but it's also a genuinely enjoyable game on its own merits. From its stunning visual presentation to its immensely gratifying combat system, this is worthy of wielding the Matrix of Leadership. We recommend transforming and rolling out to your nearest store to pick up a copy.

Soapbox: Why I'm Worried About Star Wars Battlefront on PS4
There's always one, isn't there? Star Wars Battlefront is undoubtedly going to be the biggest PlayStation 4 game of the year – Sony's recently reduced bundle will see to that – but having bunkered down with several hours of the beta, I'm yet to be convinced that it's going to be any good. I already had this opinion at EGX 2015, but while some of my colleagues went gaga over the game, I decided I'd hold my opinion back until I'd spent some more time with it. I've done that now, and while my impressions are still early – well, worries, I have.
Feature: Five Things Fallout 4 Needs to Get Right on PS4
Blockbuster releases are strange things. You spend what feels like an eternity waiting for the next big thing, absorbing all of the excitement that you possibly can, and then before you know it, it's already a week after launch day and you've pumped 100 hours into your new favourite game. The hype's dispersed somewhat by this point, and then it's a case of looking forward to yet another title that's sitting on the horizon.

PS4's Price Officially Drops to $349.99 in USA Starting Friday
We told you that it was coming: the PlayStation 4 will officially drop to $349.99 starting tomorrow, 9th October, in the United States. The console previously carried an MSRP of $399.99 in the all-important nation, so this represents a reasonable drop of $50. All of the console's current bundles have been adjusted to represent the price change, too, so let's run through the new asking fees.
Far Cry Primal Takes You to the Stone Age in February 2016
We didn't expect this: Far Cry Primal, the next entry in Ubisoft's open world property, will release worldwide on 23rd February for the PlayStation 4. The recently teased Stone Age-set spin-off will be a full game as opposed to a Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon-esque digital download, and will boast a "fully-fledged single player campaign". This will, naturally, see you assume the role of a caveman, who must survive among woolly mammoths and sabre-toothed tigers. It actually looks pretty darn rad.
Star Wars Meets Dynasty Warriors? Koei Tecmo Producer Wants to Make It
Japanese developer Omega Force seems to have far too many fingers in far too many pies these days, and that's mostly thanks to its Warriors - or musou - games. Most of you will probably have heard of the Dynasty Warriors series or the Samurai Warriors series, but the template from these titles - which sees you battling hundreds of enemies on screen at once - has been adopted by many varying properties over the years.
Sony Bend's PS4 Exclusive Is the Studio's Biggest Ever
Sony Bend has been a part of the Worldwide Studios furniture for a long time, creating franchises such as Syphon Filter, while also expanding upon existing ones like Resistance. However, ever since the release of Uncharted: Golden Abyss, the company has been quiet. The question on everyone's lips, then, is just what is the team up to?
How Many Hours Until Dawn 2 Is Announced for PS4?
There are times here at Push Square Towers where we question whether we should stick with certain headlines, but this one's so terrible that your humble host's going to use it. Anyway, enough editorial internalising: Supermassive Games has hinted in an interview with PlayStation Lifestyle that it's already knocking around ideas for an Until Dawn 2.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Continues to Look Great in Moody PS4 Trailer
It comes as no surprise, but this Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 trailer will make very little sense to anyone who hasn't dabbled in the popular manga or anime. Focussing on the latter events of the series in which a powerful ninja known as Obito basically tries to destroy just about everything, fans will appreciate the attention to detail in the cutscenes that are on display here.

Will ps4 price drop also in EU this or next year? I'm considering ps4 now with the Nathan Drake Collection bundle. But I dont need it right now as I have many many many other games to play that sit in my backlog.
PS4 is great value at the moment, the library is only growing and the price is good for both 500GB and 1TB options. Plus, some bundles include excellent games or even excellent trilogies like The Nathan Drake Collection.
Another brilliant PS4 week then -
