A bunch of the Push Square team will be celebrating Nintendo Life's tenth anniversary this weekend, so it's a short and sweet WAYP from us. That's okay, though, because you've got acres of comments space to flesh out this article with your own gaming itinerary. Get to it.

I'm revisiting Super Star Wars on my SNES, and I'm also wishing that I had the power of a Jedi mind trick to ensure that it definitely lands on my PS4 next week. I'll have to trust that the Force binds the classic games together instead, so my fingers are crossed that the four retro Star Wars titles aren't restricted through exclusivity to the limited edition Darth Vader PS4.

After finishing Call of Duty: Black Ops III's... Underwhelming campaign, I'm looking to dig into some more of the multiplayer and zombies this weekend while everyone else plays Fallout 4. I'd also like to play the original Metal Gear in between writing some boring papers before delving into Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain later this month.

It's all about Fallout 4 this weekend. My customised power armour is ready, I have settlements established with auto-cannon sentries, and am hunting hundreds of raider scum to send to an untimely and extremely violent death from the business end of my recharging sighted laser sniper rifle. I'm probably not going to get much sleep...

I'll be tying up a few loose ends and will hopefully finally be besting the Scarecrow in Batman: Arkham Knight and liberating London from the pesky Templars so that my schedule is completely clear for Fallout 4. Once I've started that, very little else will happen.

This weekend I'll be playing plenty of Call of Duty: Black Ops III, playing through the additional Nightmares mode that changes all of the enemies to zombies. I'll also be desperately trying to finish The Witcher III: Wild Hunt, as, come 1st December, I'll only be playing one game – you can guess what it is. [Fallout 4? – Ed]

You guessed it, I'll be venturing into Fallout 4's wasteland, scouring for loot – or maybe I'll just steal everything from every vendor using a glitch. I may play a few online games of Call of Duty: Black Ops III as well.

So as of late I have been in a Castlevania mood, so I'll be playing Castlevania: Rondo of Blood on the Wii Virtual Console. Currently I am on stage four and the difficulty is there but I just can't put this game down. On the PS4 front, I recently got my Witch Doctor to Level 70 on Diablo III so I will be running some rifts trying to get her some good gear.
Is it the wasteland for you this weekend, then – or have you got a different game in mind? Let us know in the comments section below.

I will be playing Fallout 4 whenever I have free time. Although I suck at it, it's so fun and I love building and guarding my one and only settlement. I may be getting fallout 3 just to be able to play it on the Xbox One through backwards compatibility, but those chances are low. I may also add in some FIFA or NBA 2K. I don't really know. But mostly this weekend will consist of Fallout 4.
I'm a wanderer... Enjoying it so far, it's my first Bethesda game 🙀. However, I'm having to learn with games like these that I'm highly likely never going to see a credit screen and I think I'm ok with that now. Just going to have a fun time seeing what I can do... And saving regularly, dodgy save breaking glitches are something that can turn me away from a game forever.
Wow, we are early this morning with the what are you playing article
I'm tempted get fallout, but I know all my friends are planning a multi player marathon next weekend on battlefront, but I'm not 100% its gonna live up to everyone's expectations. Will have to wait for the review, ill be happy with a 7 plus score. Otherwise ill be playing a few games like dmc or borderlands 2
Fallout 4, of course.
Indivisible Prototype i tried it a few times can't wait when de game comes out.
The Unfinished Swan ,had it for ages but began it last weekend . Amazing. Prefer it to Journey (which I loved )
@MinerWilly
Great choice. It's a game that, when you start to think it's becoming repetitive, it throws something entirely new in to turn things on their head. And you've reminded me I need to finish the last chapter so that's probably what I'll be playing.
Not sure if I'll ever buy fallout 4 as it sounds like it expects too much time investment to get back the potential value.
I will be exploring the wasteland with my companion nick while I build settlements for the less fortunate and blow the heads off those dam super mutants. I might also throw in some gundam battle operations next into there
Also congratulations to @antdickens for 10 years of Nintendolife!!!
@Tasuki really wow congrats @antdickens how old is push square and pure xbox?
Dragon Quest Heroes on my PS4 and Final Fantasy VII on my PS Vita
@MinerWilly Top game.
Congrats @get2sammyb, @antdickens, @shogunrok and all the rest of the crew. Happy 10 years, and here's to the next 10!
I'll be squeezing in a bit of Metro Last Light, and various odds and ends on my now absolutely packed vita (64GB cards are awesome), inbetween studying and trying to drag myself down to the gym, as I have now signed myself up to end my sponsored sobriety by doing The Nuts Challenge (a 7km military style assault course with 100 obstacles) in March!
Transformers devastation run with Grimlock, finished it last night with optimus prime and the game picks up through the quicker latter acts. So a re run with grimlock is in order.
Fallout 4 and Fallout 4, if I have sometime possibly Fallout 4 and for a laugh Fallout 4
Toukiden Kiwami - haven't played a Monster Hunter type game well since the first Monster Hunter back on the PS2. It definitely more accessible than Monster Hunter but the armors, weapons and creatures designs look nowhere as good as the ones in Monster Hunter.
Divinity and DC Bikes still
I'll be playing Fallout 4 since I've now grown into it...the first few hours felt like nothing special and I was getting bored but now I am really enjoying it! I don't get the point of the settlements and have huge complaints about the menus in pipboy :@ but oh well it's still a Bethesda game and as such, it's still overrated xD sorry!
But...since I finished Tales from the Borderlands last week I feel like finally go through Borderlands 2 on my PS3
Have 10 relatively short assignments to write for college by Monday night.....so I'll be at my procrastinating best by playing some Bloodborne (at Ya'hargul the Unseen Village which is proving a bit of a nightmare!), Rocket League (love the new mutators playlist, adds a new level of fun to the game in my opinion) and Final Fantasy IX (about 6 hours in and already enjoy it more than FF VII, Vivi is a badass!)
Also congrats to anyone on this site that was or is involved with Nintendo Life, 10 years is a phenomenal achievement for a article and print focused website in the age of Youtube and Twitch
Btw anyone know when ff7 is out ? The original one that was meant to be Xmas release after it was put back. Anyone got a release date yet? Surely must be some time in the next 30 days or so ?
@marston1983 I've been looking for news about this every couple of weeks for months now, havn't found anything Really wanted to have it to play before or over Christmas!
The HD iOS version was released without much notice, though, so it could still make it.
There is PlayStation experiance in December, though, and I believe Square are in attendance. They did promise some FF7 Remake news this winter, too, so maybe they'll reveal a bit more about it then and release HD shortly after to capitalise on the hype.
Lotta love for Fallout 4. Never played any of the games. might pick it up at xmas and see what the hype is about.
I'll be playing black ops 3 as I really enjoyed the beta and it's the first COD i've enjoyed since COD4 played to lvl 7 last night after work and it was exactly as i remember in the beta, stable, fun to play again and very very fluid. Loving how the game plays as a normal run and gun cod but with the added wall walking etc when needed. If you've ever like the cod franchise folks it's very back to the old skool type games. FUN. Enjoy ur weekend guys.
Fallout 4 all weekend definitely! I can not put this game down...
@kyleforrester87 thanks Kyle, I have it on my ps3 and vita but havnt played it properly in years, I was hoping to platinum the new version once I was released as I never got ruby or emerald weapons down in the originals,
@marston1983 Yes, same, I could replay it on my ps1/ps3 or Vita but fancy playing for the trophies. I believe the HD trailer that upset everybody was shown at PSE last year so its not out of the question to expect something this year.
I expect I will be playing a bit of Rise of the Tomb Raider as well as some MP and Zombies in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. I still have the campaign to finish as well...
Unless anyone wants to do something 'different' and messages me, this is my current plan.
Finished Blood and Stone - Witcher 3 DLC. Will turn my attention back to Assassin's Creed Unity - want to finish it. Has only taken a year so far - other games have called my attention more.
Fallout 4 and it'll be like that for some time, I'm completely addicted and it's taken me about 30 hours to get to Diamond City. I've spent far too much time crafting and building my settlement 😃😃😃
Since I didn't get around to it last weekend or this week, I'll get back to Uncharted 2 for the platinum. Kill 200 schmucks with the most impractical weapon in the game and beating it on crushing and it's all mine. Might do some other stuff, but I don't know right now.
My girl Piper and I are exploring every inch of Fallout 4. I'm 30 hours in and done one main mission.
Resident evil remastered again and maybe Lords of the fallen if I can ever decide if the ps store discount is worth it...
A whole lot of Fallout 4, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 for a bit, possibly some Yoshi's Wooly World, and later on tonight, drinking and playing Rockband 4 with my friends for a birthday gathering, haha.
@SteveButler2210 @iDangerMouse_ Lol I am sure that @get2sammyb and @ShogunRok appreciate that, but it's Nintendolife's anniversary not Pushsquare or PureXbox's. PS and PX are not quite nearly as old as NL but if you guys are interested there is an article over at NL telling the story of how Ant started NL which obviously if he didn't start, then there probably wouldn't be a Pushsquare or PureXbox.
@SKC_Diamond I belive Pushsquare and PureXbox are alot younger then Nintendolife, I want to say maybe 5 years but it could be less then that even. I remember that Pushsquare was original two Playstation fan sites called Vitagamer (I think it was) and Movomode (I think) but primary focused on Vita and Move games and PureXbox was called Kinectaku which focused on the Kinect. It's kinda a good thing that they evolved into PS and PX cause they would be dead by now lol . Anyway not sure on the details but I am sure @get2sammyb and @SuperKMx can tell you for sure.
@Tasuki doh, definitely didn't read that one properly! Will check that article out though, sounds interesting
Knack (PS4): on chapter 12 on hard, so almost done the game!
Final Fantasy XIV (PS4): will be lvling up my black mage, like always.
Mega Man Anniversary Collection (PS2): will be finishing off playing Mega Man 4, then moving on to the 5th.
I'm also playing in the barren, arid lands after a nuclear winter. But I'm not playing Fallout 4 - I'm playing Wasteland 2. I'm about halfway through (just recently got out of Arizona & into California) & think it's the best game I've played this year (& I played Witcher 3, but haven't played Divinity: Original Sin that's waiting for me to finish W2). I don't have any more money to buy F4, but that's ok - the full edition (with all DLC) won't be out for a year or so anyway.
Final Fantasy 14 Online: A Realm Reborn.

@Jbumi Hoping to pick up Wasteland 2 after Christmas, looks really interesting was actually hoping for a review of it here on the site
I just bought a PS4 on Wednesday, but won't be opening it until Dec. 1. So until then, I guess I'll have to live vicariously through these What Are You Playing posts. How many people think they'll be playing Star Wars Battlefront come next weekend?
@MinerWilly Finished Unfinished Swan , bloody Marvellous !
@Dief88 I played the beta and it was ok, sadly it didn't grab me like Star Wars Battlefront II did back in the day so I will probably wait for a price drop or for it to go on sale before getting it. Right now, I am more interested in getting Black Ops 3.
Of course Fallout. Such an excellent game. The town building and crafting are masterfully done, they don't feel crammed down your throat like in some other games. Fallout and Witcher are definitely the best two games of the year.
@Tasuki I went into the beta (on PC) with no intention of buying the game, but I came out of it really wanting to own it. The sheer production values made it a more immersive experience for me than the vast majority of games are. It's hard to say at this point exactly how deep the game really is, but I liked what I played (and saw on Twitch earlier this week) enough to know that I'll definitely get my money's worth and more.
PS4 - Assassin's Creed: Syndicate
Xbox One - Rise of the Tomb Raider
Am I the only one who is tired of seeing that Fallout little guy (or whatever he is) on every website I go?
I'm currently playing Tales of Graces F on my PS3. Playing Zestiria reminded me of how much I like those games.
This has been a weird weekend game wise for ne. Finishing the last 15 challenges on Saints Row 4 for the platinum, working on episode 1 of Life is Strange & my wife & I played episode 3 of Game of Thrones together.
For me, only two games.
Xbox One
Rise of the Tomb Raider
PS4
Fallout 4
@WanderingBullet I just ordered Toukiden Kiwami for both PS4 and Vita. In transit now. I must whole-heartedly recommend you play Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate though. That is seriously one of my favorite games of all time (and I play pretty much every release on every platform, so that's saying a lot). It's one of those games where, if you need to buy a 3DS to play it, then buy one.
@JaxonH Yeah, I know… I like some of the 3DS's games especially MH but I'm just not a fan of handheld gaming in general. :/ Anyways, Toukiden Kiwami will do for now until Capcom comes to their senses and decides to make or port one for the PS4. I haven't tried mp aspect yet as I'm only on Chapter 2 of Toukiden Kiwami but if you're ever interested for some co-op let me know.
Finished up The Walking Dead Season 2. A very great game that I HIGHLY recommend playing. Now I am trying to Platinum Arkham Knight. I ordered Uncharted Collection to play again but this time on PS4 and this will increase my anticipation for A Thief's End when it releases. Since the hype of Bloodborne has gotten to me. I also ordered that as well. It has been receiving multiple nominations and even friends have recommended me to play the game. My weekend is full of being in the warm temperature of my room playing my PS4.
Sorry, I was too busy playing Fallout 4 to surf the net. #NobodySaysThatAnymore
@JaxonH Bit disappointed your only playing two games this weekend, I enjoy seeing what variety of games you end up playing at the weekend how do you manage it incidently? Is it a case of merely playing a portion of games and picking what grabs you? Or do you try to play through every title ?
@Hego
I'm glad you get a kick out of it No worries, in a few weeks I'll be back to my usual platform hopping.
Basically it's just that there are so many games that interest me, across all the platforms, it ends up being a lot of games I order. And I don't hesitate to preorder because I get so many discounts at BestBuy (almost half price for AAA and 30% off total for Nintendo titles).
So it's just a matter of too many games to play, and not enough time to play them all. So I'll play 5-10 games in the course of a weekend- a couple hours each and whichever ones grab me, grab me.
Reason I'm only playing 2 is because how much I love Tomb Raider. With as many games as I play, only a handful grab me enough to play all the way through and beat them. Tomb Raider Definitive Ed was one of those games. So I already knew I was gonna play Rise of the Tomb Raider all the way through. So it's getting most of my attention ATM.
Fallout 4...... lol.
@Hego I see you're also a big fan of FFIX (as am I) so I think you'll love Wasteland 2. Hope you get to try it out! 😺
Fallout 4
Fallout 4 (PS4)
@Tasuki @SKC_Diamond Push Square's history is actually a bit weird. It originally launched as 'Push Square' in February 2009, but it wasn't part of Nintendo Life back then. Movemodo and Vitagamr launched independently of Push Square, but we merged all three as the Push Square you know today in February 2012.
Here's the original homepage as it was in 2010 (some of the images aren't archived, sadly):
@get2sammyb Oh wow didn't know that @get2sammyb. I do remember Movemodo and Vitagamr but I don't know Pushsquare at that time. To be honest I didn't start visiting until the merge back then I was a regular at Nintendolife and saw that Ant launched Pushsquare (this one) and since I enjoyed Nitendolife alot back then I figured cool a place where I can get my Sony news. Been here ever since.
I'm still playing Witcher 3. Almost finishing it, but I don't wanna it to end so I keep doing side quests to avoid ending the main storyline! haha. It's not like I don't know what happens, but I usually lose the will to play a game when I finish it once. After that, I have Mass Effect trilogy to keep me busy for a few weeks. I wish I could get Fallout 4 and some other recently released games, but here in Brazil they are all so expensive...
Fallout
Didn't get a chance to play anything this weekend as too busy but did manage to buy Project Cars for £22
