After heavy speculation, DiRT Rally will get dirty starting 5th April on the PlayStation 4. The game – which officially launched on the PC, er, today – will presumably include all of the content released thus far, including the new Winter Wonderland update, which adds some snow-based Swedish stages to the mix.
For those that haven't been following the release closely, it promises a return to Codemasters' classic Colin McRae titles of old, serving up a simulation model that's had petrol heads fiddling with their gear sticks in glee. This is muddy good news for racing fans, then – and with Assetto Corsa and Gran Turismo Sport both on the way, 2016's shaping up nicely.

Has there been any content released thus far on consoles?
Or should that be "..content released thus far on PC"?
@delukze I meant that it will include all of the content released thus far when it comes out on consoles, but you're right, that was a shoddy sentence. Changed it.
Wake me up when they do this but with motorcycles. Looks good though.
This looks great. Loved the Colin mcrae games. And hated dirt. Although I haven't liked a codemasters game in a long time. I just hate all the story/motorhome and email rubbish. Just give me a stripped back ficus on the racing game 😃
This is looking pretty alright i think -Definitely going to give this serious consideration.
@sradmatt completely agree with you there , cut all that stupid stuff and give us old style McRae . Driveclub just let's you jump right in there and I love it for that.
