Street Fighter V's Custom PS4 Designs Are Knock Outs

As is the case with practically every major PlayStation 4 release in Japan, platform holder Sony has prepared some custom Street Fighter V hardware bundles, which are up for pre-order now from its official store. There are four variants available for ¥37,480 ($320), each boasting a different etching on the hard drive cover. Options include the standard logo, Ryu solo, Chun-Li and Laura, and Ryu and Necali.

Each package will come with a custom PS4 theme as well as an exclusive sleeve, though oddly a copy of the forthcoming fighter will not be included. The sets will deploy alongside the game on 18th February. Which box do you like the best? Upper-cut your opinion in the comments section below.

I like the white one with only the SF V logo. Very simple but very cool looking.

I really can't get behind special consoles that come w/o the game. Nintendo does the same thing w/ the 3DS - Wii U can't even get software menu themes, much less any hardware mods since WW HD years ago. Heck they couldn't 'even keep the Spaltoon SSB bundle on stores shelves past BF, back to 20 month old MK8 as the pack in game.

Still hoping for an Uncharted 4 bundle, w/ the game though, I don't really care what's on the box, who sees it? 1TB would be nice though. If they announced a date for an FFXV special ediiton before U4 comes out maybe I could hold out a litle longer. Maybe.

But no, hardware w/o the game just makes no sense.

Is this a big series in Japan,wondering if it will make a blip on hardware sales next month?

Pity they will be out of fashion when super street fighter 5 drops a year later.

The one I like the most is the white one with the girls, but I still dig more the totally white one that launched with Destiny.

And tbh the dumbest thing is that the Special Edition part is just the top left that can be easily removed. It isn't even the biggest part of the console.
