We've known about Uppers for a while now, but this is actually the first time that we've caught the game in motion. A Vita exclusive that involves context-heavy combat, Senran Kagura producer Kenichiro Takaki may well be onto a winner with this one.
You don't beat the snot out of your rivals purely for glory, though. As the video demonstrates, copious amounts of street fighting is easily the best way to impress a woman - just make sure that you don't trip and fall head-first into her chest. Typical panty peeking also plays a part, but we're willing to look past this rather overplayed extra when punching your opponent into an airborne helicopter is a viable route to victory.
Uppers is due out in Japan on the 21st April, but there's still no word on a Western release. Would you like to test your mettle? Step into the comments section below.

FFS. This sounded alright at first, but the obnoxious "titillation" scenes have put me right off.
Would have preferred less of the dumb perv stuff, doubt I'll get it anyway as looks average.
It looked awesome at first... Then... Uh... Motorboating happened. Oh Japan... At least Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Eyes of Heaven is awesome. Best import I've ever purchased.
I might get it. There aren't many fighter/brawler titles for the vita
This game looks so juvenile in a good way... as expected from Senran Kagura's maker...
