It should be expected, but it's nice to hear all the same: upcoming PlayStation 4 console exclusive MOBA Paragon promises that it won't have any pay-to-win elements. Its playable heroes will be free, and if you do decide to splash some cash, you'll only be able to purchase purely cosmetic items that have no bearing on how the title plays. Good stuff.
Meanwhile, the game will be available via early access starting on the 18th March, but you'll need to put down $19.99 for the so-called 'Founder's Pack' in order to play. That goes on sale a bit earlier, on the 14th March. The Founder's Pack also nets you a bunch of in-game content, but there are no concrete details just yet.
And finally, Paragon will have an open beta this summer, so you may want to hold out and see how things go before opening your wallet. In the meantime, feel free to bring some bullets to the comments section below.

If this has a Loadout-style model, then it should work well. I'm not too interested in this, though.
