After a long wait, Fallout 4's revamped survival mode will be coming to PlayStation 4 next week, Bethesda estimates. The punishing new setting does away with privileges like quicksave and autosave, forcing you to eat, drink, and sleep in order to survive the dangers of the Commonwealth. Survival mode's been in a beta testing phase on PC for weeks now, so we're hoping that it'll be balanced especially well when it hits Sony's system.
Survival mode will be part of the title's upcoming version 1.5 patch, which also promises improvements to third person camera movement, better overall game stability, and fixes for a number of remaining quest and gameplay bugs.
We'll be sure to let you know when the update's available to download, but until then, let us know if you'll be surviving the wasteland in the comments section below.

I'm shocked that you haven't posted about mod support yet 😨
It's set to release in xbox one together with the geck creation kit in may and on ps4 shortly after (may/june)
Hope it's worth the wait
Yes! Hopefully I can wrap Divinity up this week.
Great, looking forward to this. Been waiting to start a new game so this should be the perfect time!
Been itching for another playthrough of this. Gives me an excuse I think.
Finally! Can't wait to start playing the way I've always wanted to from the beginning. New Vegas Hardcore Mode spoiled me I think. Pesky holiday getting in the way though haha
