'Tis the week before Dark Souls III, so all round Push Square, there is much anticipation – and a little despair. Seriously, though, there's more variety in this week's WAYP than any previous editions. We have a sneaking suspicion that that won't be the case next time, so make the most of it.

I blame Robert Ramsey for the fact that I'll be spending my weekend playing Resident Evil 6 rather than a certain anticipated first-party PS4 exclusive. No expletive is strong enough to articulate my feelings right now.

Between titles that I need to review, the evergreen Diablo III and The Elder Scrolls Online, and a slew of fighting games that I can't seem to get away from, there's more than enough to play this weekend – it's just a case of actually getting stuck in. Backlogs are terrible things, for sure, but it's deciding where to start that's often the issue at the heart of my gaming worries!

I'm probably going to be giving my Xbox One some much deserved attention, as I want to sink my teeth into Quantum Break. As a massive fan of Remedy, their newest game has given a legitimate reason to turn on my Xbox for the first time in several months.

My launch PS4 kicked the bucket last week, and from past experience with my old PS3, I'm pretty sure that the motherboard fried based on the issues it's having. So, while I'm waiting to plunder the sexy Uncharted 4 PS4 bundle next month, I'll be trekking through Demon's Souls in lieu of Dark Souls III. I'll also keep going through Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance if the opportunity presents itself.

Finally hitting Level 30 in The Division and completing the story missions, now it's time to spend the weekend in the Dark Zone. If that wasn't enough, I'll try to clean up the content in the city and make the Base of Operations fully operational.

This weekend I'll be trying to best my times in TrackMania Turbo. I may also play some SMITE and Rocket League with the Push Square community.
Stephen Tailby, Reviewer
Having taken a bit of a breather from TrackMania Turbo, I feel like it's time to dive back in and scoop up some more shiny gold medals. I'm also hoping to get a friend or two over for some good old fashioned local multiplayer with the likes of Rocket League, Stikbold, and Nidhogg.

Well, again work has cut into my gaming time this weekend, so it will be Call of Duty: Black Ops III due to it being a double Cryptokey weekend. Hopefully I get my shotgun pistol!
What are you playing this week, then? You know the drill by now – post your gaming plans in the comments section below.

A few days ago I did just finish playing Trails of Cold Steel 1 on the PS3. Can't wait for the sequel. It was a badass game.
Continuing The Witcher 3 on NG+, which is all I've been playing for the past week. If I can tear myself away or feel like a break (unlikely) I may boot up Zombi and give it a proper go. I mean I may as well, right?
Zombi. It's pretty average so far.
Quantum Break (X1)
Grinding on FFX, building up my characters for a upcoming boss fight
@Gamer83 Isn't that X1 a little redundant, nobody cares about PC gaming here.
Trying to beat Super Mechagodzilla in Godzilla and halfway thru story mode in Injustice, both on PS3. Also started watching Penny Dreadful last night, trying to get in both seasons before 3 starts, so far it's intriguing. And the Mets will be taking up quite a lot of time the next 6 months. Probably no point in my getting a PS4 until after the playoffs.
As bad as I know RE6 is I'm half thinking about getting it again (it'll be the 3rd time if I do..) Somehow I get it mixed up with RE5 (which was actually alright) in my head and I forget how rubbish it is.
I think it's inevitable I'll give it another crack on PS4 but I'll wait for a sale
The Division is probably all I'll end up playing. Need to finish the last story mission and try hitting level 30. The side mission and encounters get ridiculously and needlessly difficult towards the end though... So let's see how long it takes me to rage quit.
Dark Soul II, may jump into Destiny and or Cod BOps3, probably save Destiny until the update. I have Life is Strange and Until Dawn on rent so I'll probably get started on one of those too.
Nathan Drake Collection getting it all fresh in my mind for UC4 ( just finished UC2) and FF14 ARR. Can't wait for Ratchet N Clank on tuesday.
X1: Quantum Break (AMAZING game)
3DS: Fire Emblem Fates- Conquest (AMAZING game)
As I'm mostly on the road this weekend my vita is going to get some serious game time. I'm planning to finish Klonoa: Door to Phantomile as I've been stuck on the same level/boss fight for over a week.
Also hoping to play some Gravity Rush, but that's dependant on beating Klonoa
currently on teddie boss in persona 4 golden and he is beating me, I think I may have to level a few more times, currently lvl 32
@vagineer1 I'm at chapter 5 and I've clocked in 67 hours love cold steel and the sequel out this October.Great game.
Playing borderlands handsome collection on ps4 and trails of cold steel on the vita. Maybe checkout battleborn beta .
The Last of Us, the Division, & Battleborn beta.
Playing through the Drake collection again, just good, old fashioned, fun. Wishing I already had Ratchet and Clank and also wishing that limited edition no Man's Sky would miraculously show up at my house months early! Lol
For me it'll be a combo of Lego Marvel Avengers and FF Type zero on ps4, and may do a dream log island or 2 on One Piece Pirate Warriors 3.
Rocket league and deadstar during downtime trying to get my random level generator working properly in unity
Just started season 6 walking dead got them all recorded so me and the wife are marathon watching the season
One Piece Pirate Warriors 3. I'm at the grind, collecting coins. I love musuo games but this superficial way to prolong the game passed its natural conclusion is very annoying. But that platinum will be mine!
I've been playing paragon and it's great. Never tried a moba before but I'm really enjoying this one
@Fight_Teza_Fight Maybe I'm just awesome but I don't remember having any trouble with Klonoa really
Curtain Call, Project Diva F 2nd and more Splatoon. And some PixlCross.
Trying to get every trophy for Senran Kagura Estivial Versus. I just need 1 more. Other than that I will get in Street Fighter V and Killer Instinct.
Probably R&C Crack in Time, try to get treasures in Uncharted 3, maybe feather hunt again in AC2, and possibly battles in Injustice.
@get2sammyb You know you love it. Don't deny it.
Dark Souls 3! <3
Dark Souls 3 arrived at 11am this morning!
Starting to sound like a broken record here. Smite and Diablo III. Might give Zombi a go as well if I have time.
I'm playing bloodborne old huntes and Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon until Dark Souls arrives this week.
@kyleforrester87 Maybe you are haha. Finished the game now, but vision 6-2 was giving me a hard time. Once I get hit once, that's it.
Pretty great game btw. Was surprised at how good the cut scenes were for a PS1 game.
Wish I could play Quantum Break. Battleborn beta and probably SF5 waiting for Dark Souls.
Really hoping I got lucky and dark souls 3 is waiting for me when i get home from work. I doubt it since I'm just not that lucky so Bloodborne!
I have to work all weekend (12 hour shifts), but when I'm not working or sleeping, it will be MLB 16 The Show, and hopefully a little Division.
@Fight_Teza_Fight yeah, strangely good game! Only played the whole thing in the past couple of years but the demo I played on PS1 stayed with me for a long time and I had to play it when I saw it on Vita.
Finished Bastion (for the 3rd time) and Gravity Rush on PS4. know playing Freedom Wars and Murasaki Baby on Vita.
I cashed out my virtual shares in Game and used the proceeds to buy Lego Dimensions for me to play/build with my stepson (honest). So I'll be playing some more of that, I also got the simpsons and ghostbusters level packs and it's really fun. Not sure it would have been worth the money had I paid for it but I can't deny seeing Batman trying to attack the scarecrow in wizard of Oz brought a huge smile to my face
@gingerfrog yeah this is awesome....geting jeleous though
Finishing up Wolfenstein: The New Order. I tried out the Battleborn beta and wasn't really into it.
Tomb raider:definitive edition. It was one I had on the shelf for sometime but now I have actually got round to it, I have really enjoyed it for what it is. Nearly popped my platinum cherry with it.
Finally gonna start TLOU remastered on PS4. So pumped!
Sound shapes on vita. Hoping to finish this week. Just started "life is serious" on ps4, very enjoyable so far.
I've started Divinity again from the beginning and have just turned a losing battle on its head to defeat Diederek, his rotten wife and gang. One of the best things about this game is the diversity of tactics in combat.
Bloodborne and Clash Royale! First time I've played a Souls game and I'm 2 bosses down in a week, I'll take it!
@ApostateMage yeah, one well thought out round can completely shift the battle, I was really impressed with that aspect of the game.
PSP - Star Wars: Battlefront II, Rock Band Unplugged as well
Some Salt n Sanctuary, the original Dark Souls and Assassin's Creed Syndicate
Possibly some Zombi, ive finished DS1 and 2 now so pure hype for III.
Well jealous of you jammy sods getting it early!
@iDangerMouse_ Smite is Life brother!
Very tired (but thankfully not hungover) from a wedding yesterday so I'll be relaxing with some Smite with the PushSquare gang, some Driveclub and maybe some Battlefield 4 campaign which I decided to play through as I still haven't done yet!
Finally picked up Kingdom Hearts 1.5 and 2.5 yesterday. Now to bust through KH1 on proud mode to get that second secret movie. Since Ive only played the first one, I will stroll my way through the side stories and KH2. Then i can finally stop avoiding headlines about KH3, and start building up the hype! Oh! and a little R&C when it comes out. Was never really caught up in the hype, but finally read a article about it yesterday and got a little nostalgic about ripping my enemys a new one with my R.Y.N.O. And the fact we can turn baddies into 8-bit b@$t@ฯd$ ...preordered and ready.
Its been a Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 weekend for me - Double Cryptokeys....
Fire Emblem Fates and Cybersleuth.
