Stripping sim Akiba's Trip was an oddity worthy of attention when it released on various PlayStation formats a few years back, so Akiba's Beat should draw some interest this week. Acquire's teasing a full reveal in this week's Famitsu magazine, with a teaser website also counting down to a 2nd June reveal.
While the name hints at some kind of rhythm release, it'll apparently be an action role-playing game instead. No other details are known at this moment, other than that the title is coming to the PlayStation 4 and Vita.

I hope it has routes for any girls in the game. That was one of my favourite parts of AT. Finishing a girls route and getting with the girl.

Still haven't played the game yet because I have a back log of games to finish plus i have kids and didn't want them to be exposed to this might have to dust off my vita for this game lol.
Loved the first reminded me of yakuza a little but occasionally I actually lost fights in akiba.
@get2sammyb lol you use this Gif but if there was an arch for Taylor Swift you'd be all over it! ππ
The constant loading and apparent lack of depth made me think twice about the original. I also heard that the hilarity of ripping off stranger's clothes wasn't played up very well, and that the game wasn't that funny either But I've always been interested and hope this reaches closer to the series' full potential.
