This week saw the release of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and DOOM, so you can guarantee that this edition of WAYP will be dominated by the two hottest additions to the PlayStation 4's library. *Reads Ramsey's entry*. Oh, for f***'s sake...

I'll be playing DOOM this weekend, I guess. I've got to be brutally honest, I haven't fallen in love with the old-school FPS yet. It's pretty fun, but it's not made me want to leap around with my arms aloft in excitement at any point so far. Hopefully it gets better.

"Ramsey, are you still playing The Witcher 3?" Yes, yes I bloody am, right, and it's still a 10/10 masterpiece. I had a sinking feeling – after getting about 30 hours into my New Game + run – that Blood and Wine was going to get a May release date, and what do you know, it did. I've now got 17 days to get through the last third of Geralt's adventure, so I'll be spending my weekend with two swords strapped to my back, muttering to myself as I inspect the corpses of filthy peasants.

This weekend, I only have eyes for Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, as Naughty Dog's latest is something that I've been incredibly excited for since the day that the PS4 released. And from the little bit I've gotten to play so far, it's everything that I was hoping it would be. Although the new Rainbow Six: Siege patch with its massive amount of changes and additions is a pretty tempting draw as well.

I can finally play on my PS4 again! Having purchase the Limited Edition Uncharted 4 version, I'll be devouring DOOM and Uncharted 4: A Thief's End this weekend. I'm also going to hop on Star Wars: Battlefront for a bit to test out the Outer Rim DLC that's free for everyone to briefly experience. What a great week – let alone an incredible month – for video games, right?

Having completed the excellent story of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End last night, it's high time that I try the multiplayer side of Naughty Dog's latest masterpiece. First and foremost, however, I'll be getting my claws into Shadow of the Beast – expect my review in the next few days.

A little bit of this and a little bit of that for me this weekend. Some games I am going to be playing include: LEGO Star Wars The Complete Edition, Call of Duty: Black Ops III, and Ken Griffey Jr Presents Major League Baseball. [All of the classics, eh? – Ed]
A meatier WAYP for you all to enjoy this time, and let's keep it that way in the comments section. What are you playing this week? Hit us with your best shot in the comments section below.

I finished Uncharted and now playing DOOM. I find it fun, not all games must have a story and a point.
Stephen Tailby. Can't wait for the review, loved the old one and I have pre order this too I hope it will be fun and at worse case I'll have a great theme and of course the old Amiga version!
Just bought uncharted, RIP sleep.
Well I have completed Uncharted 4 with only a few outstanding Trophy's. I have collected all the collectibles too. I have played a 'bit' of the MP but I don't think its anything special - certainly not an MP game I have any great desire to keep playing/levelling up etc although could be good fun with friends - so doubt I will be spending too much time with this over the weekend.
I don't really have a lot else on my playlist at the moment - a number of games that 'could' be finished as usual...
I haven't bought Nate's latest adventure yet so I'll be flipping between my Fallout 4 survivor playthrough, some FFXIV grind and Fire Emblem Awakening which I've recently started playing again.
Shantae and the Pirates Curse on Wii U. Every hour or so it gets too hard or confusing and I don't know what to do, so I almost wiit, but I've persevered enough to get about halfway thru, so still going.
Uncharted 4 and....no that's it just Uncharted 4
although i might mess around on Pokemon Y from time to time
Got miffed off with Star Wars Battlefront and even deleted it but I felt like playing a shooter so thought I'd give it a spin again because I don't have all weekend to wait to re-download BF4... So I noticed that the Outer Rim is free for the weekend and I'm having fun with the game again with the new game mode but I'll probably spend most of my gaming hours trying it out and It's kind of tempting to buy the season pass but not going near it till it gets a sale atleast. Also if I find the time I'll be trying Fallout Survival mode but doubt I'll have time to get properly into it. Hope everyones enjoying UC4 I'm going to hold off as good as it looks because I still have UC3 to start so I'll probably get it cheaper down the line!
I have to wait till next weekend to play uncharted 4 but this weekend I'm going to be playing sly 2 on vita. Great game think it's very underrated and got a little lost behind ratchet and jak. On my 3ds I'm going to be playing some shin megami 4.
Haven't a clue.
Finished UC4, though still much to do collectable/trophy-wise but don't care for MP. I'll probably go back to TLOU, but I'm stuck (just before David) because I generally suck at games
Uncharted 444444444
For me, it's some WWE 2K16 MyCareer mode and probably some online matches on Street Fighter V.
I've also been playing Mad Max (Got it from the PSN Sale) in the week, so i might continue playing that on Sunday Night...
PS4
Uncharted 4
3DS
Ace Attorney Trilogy
Wii U
Star Fox Zero
Star Fox Guard
X1
Game of Thrones S6 E4 (TV)
Vita
[nothing]
Just bought Nathan Drake Collection, thought i'd see what all the fuss is about U4 should be a bit cheaper when i'm done with that. Might buy Doom further down the line when I see it cheap, the campaign look's decent but I wasn't a fan of the MP beta.
I don't have a ton of time this weekend but I'd like to finish chapter 6 and get to chapter 10 or 11 of Uncharted 4.
Uncharted 4 and Trackmania Turbo for me.
Finished my first playthrough of Uncharted 4 last night. And just like when I initially played through Uncharted 2 back in 2009, I can't wait to start up another run to collect some things I missed. There still a few journals and a bunch of treasures I missed.
@JaxonH Good choice with the ace attorney trilogy have you ever played the games before?
I'm holding off on uncharted 4 for the moment, saving it for when all of my exams are out of the way, so I'm just going to play Shovel Knight and Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones this weekend
@BranJ0
"Fire Emblem Sacred Stones"
As you can probably tell by my avatar, I thoroughly approve
I tried the Dual Destines demo but never bit. Then a fellow N Life member convinced me to buy the trilogy since its on sale. And I love it! He promised me he'd try Metroid Prime in return, a game I've been hounding him to play for a long time.
Uncharted 4 is great. Even better than Rise of the Tomb Raider (although the gameplay is better in RotTR, definitely and without question). You'll like it.
I'll be continuing Dying Light and Wolfenstein.I finished the amazing Ratchet and Clank yesterday so will put that aside until I'm ready to do Challenge Mode.
Yes,I ALSO bought Uncharted 4 so will play some of that too (single and multiplayer).
As I finished Trails of Cold Steel recently I finally decided to start Tales of Zestiria which I have been putting off as everyone seems to have said its the worst Tales...but I'm loving it!Far better than Tales of Xillia and hoping it's as good as Tales of Graces..oh and that main theme song is awesome
Darks Souls 3 - have taken down two bosses so far and Uncharted 4.
@Kyroki Happy Birthday mate!!! Hope you have a good one.
I Just got to Madagascar in U4 so ill be exploring the plains for most of the weekend. Ill sprinkle in a Little Battlefront and Bastion on Vita.
Xbox 360 - College Hoops 2K6, Been wanting to play some basketball
Windows 10 - Microsoft Mahjong, Been playing this now and again still
PlayStation Vita - The Walking Dead, Starting Episode 4 today.
I've been busy for most of the week, so now I finally have the chance to sink back into the world of Uncharted 4! Other than that, I'll probably work on the platinum for Binding of Isaac Rebirth (PSVita) and maybe boot up my 3DS for some Pokemon Blue.
I'm going to play some more of God of War: Ascension this weekend. There's probably some easy trophies left to acquire. After that? I'm not sure. I'll be running my finger through my collection until there is something I feel like playing. Maybe some old titles like Wild Arms or The Legend of Dragoon.
Dark Souls 3, loving it viscerally (attack) amd Tropico when I need to put the adrenaline down
I'll be playing more Dark Souls III, I'm to Lothric Castle so I feel like I'm nearing the end. I'll also be playing some AC: Black Flag which I'm enjoying (although the gameplay just as awful as every other AC game!) and maybe some Smite and Trials Fusion.
@Kyroki Happy Birthday lad! Your finally out of the teens (though your still cursing like one
Loving uncharted 4 so much I'm beyond words for how good this game actually is.I can't stop playing it and it's the best ps4 game so far Imo. I might buy doom not sure yet.
Uncharted 4 and when I finish the game, valkyria chronicles remastered
@JaxonH I'm really enjoying Sacred Stones atm, and I'm planning to buy Fates here when it FINALLY comes out in the UK (only 6 days!). I am terrified to play Conquest though, having never played any other Fire Emblem apart from Awakening and Sacred Stones, I think it's going to absolutely wreck me.
The Ace Attorney trilogy is probably my favourite set of games ever though, so I'm glad you're enjoying it. The common consensus is that the best game is the third one, it's absolutely brilliant, but you're in for a treat with all of the cases
@BranJ0
Honestly, I play on casual mode because I'm OCD about losing characters, but I still play my hardest as if I were playing with permadeath on. I don't just recklessly plow through maps or anything.
I'm not going to lie. Conquest is pretty dang tough- perhaps the toughest in the series to date. However, they provide you with SO MANY characters throughout the game that you can replace anyone you lose 3 times over. Unlike past games where new units were much harder to come by. And with 24 paraalogues- each with a child unti to obtain, you won't have to worry about anything. Anyone who dies can be replaced, and replaced again, and replaced again.
But also, there is a casual mode now. Nomatter how hard Conquest is, there's no map that is so hard you'll lose all your characters. Which is the only way to truly lose in casual mode. I think I've only lost 3 characters in my entire Conquest playthrough (almost finished- on ch. 23 I believe?). Granted, I play very carefully. There were just one or two maps that put you in situations where losing a unit was pretty much unavoidable.
I recommend it though. Don't pass on Conquest- it's maps are the best I've ever seen. Ever, in any FE game. And not just better, but WAY better. Maps so amazing you'll close the lid, stand up and just say, "wow". They're THAT good.
For once I can join the masses and say I am playing Uncharted 4. Just in chapter 4 as I want my bro to watch it. Will pull a TLOU and have another file to play in the meantime or indulge in mp.
If I can leave U4 alone I will play the Splatfest and Pocket Jockey.
Uncharted 4 for me all weekend
Just finished soul sacrifice and god of war 3 and now I'm playing severd for the vita and going for the full ending in batman arkham knight.
Uncharted 4 and maybe some Uncharted 4, then Ratchet and Clank for a bit before some Uncharted 4 😃. I'm actually looking forward to my second playthrough even more to mess about with the modifiers
@JaxonH Yeah, I can understand that with regards to losing characters, I try to save them all if I can, which means I normally spend quite a long time on just one map
I was actually thinking about not buying Conquest on account of the difficulty, but I think you've persuaded me to give it a go
I'm probably still going to work my way through Birthright first, but after that I'll go straight onto Conquest!
Well I paused Uncharted 4 campaign because I am already at chapter 22 (started it yesterday) and i want to finish it later this night only. So now I'm diving in the multiplayer for a bit
Btw, this is the best looking game I've ever seen! It's an Uncharted of Us kind of game, since it focus more on the story and exploration than in the explosive action. It still has it's moments, but nothing close to the plane, train, boat scenes of the other games...Still, it's the best Uncharted for me!
Love a bit of repetition so uncharted 4 for me too
I finished Uncharted 4 earlier and am now going for trophies. I also completed Bloodborne the other day (2 of the 3 endings, anyway) so will be getting further through the DLC and maybe going for the 3rd ending. I'm also considering getting Disgaea 5 at last.
@Zukato Legend of Dragoon is probably my favorite RPG on the PS one. Such an awesome game.
I will mostly be on the PS4 with Street Fighter V and Uncharted 4. Maybe get in some Senran Kagura too. If I get on the Xbox One I will get in some KI and of course I have to make time for Animal Crossing on 3DS.
I have to say Uncharted 4 is pretty awesome. I picked up the game yesterday and I'm on chapter 8. Really liking it.
Is it even a question? Uncharted four all weekend! I absolutely love it. So far it is on track to be my favorite. Sam really makes the game for me.
Doom as soon as I can get on the telly. And Uncharted, might be able to finish it if I'm a good boy.
Doom and Uncharted 4, mostly Uncharted 4 though.
Destiny, Dark Souls II
Just finished Uncharted 4 last night. Gonna give it a collectible run this weekend and get stuck into MP also. Loved the MP beta so looking forward to it.
@Bad-MuthaAdebisi Add Rocket League and FIFA 16 and you've got mine for this week too. Destiny's really grown on me in the past week, but am still only level 8, and I bought Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin today - my first Souls game — hopefully I won't regret it!
@Speedy67 the Destiny campaign is pretty okay, not what we were promised. Crucible is excellent.
Holding off buying uncharted 4 until I've got further into dark souls 3. Just can't beat the abyss watchers and I'm nearing the end of my tether; Drake is looking more and more tempting every time I get killed!
@Kyroki Happy Birthday bro, let me know if twd is any good.
Table Top Racing for me if I get the chance, and maybe a touch of one piece pirate warriors 3.
Finished Uncharted 4 three days ago, and what a ride it was. Truly the definition of amazing.
Been playing Dark Souls III and just finished it. Loved it, better than Bloodborne imo. Don't hate myself enough to NG+ though
I want Uncharted 4, but I know the price will tumble as people start to trade them in, so I'm going to wait till the price point drops - though I did see it for £35 new today and was tempted.
Now, do I get Alienation or finish Fallout 4 :/
Managed to squeeze in a paltry 1 hour on Mad Max and an even more pathetic 10 minutes on the Outer Rim free weekend thing . Weather is too good in England at the moment to be gaming as it never lasts long here so I've tried to make the most of it.
Jealous of all you lot on U4 but first baby due next week so going to have hands full for a while , I'll be in trouble if I pay £40 that could be spent on nappies !
Love the moderfiers on uncharted makes collecting those treasures even more satisfying. I loved ratchet a lot but it's funny how u have all those cool guns but all u really need is the ryhno
