Detailed blast-'em-up Hawken is deploying on PlayStation 4 next month, developer Reloaded Games has confirmed. The free-to-play shooter sees you pilot your very own customisable mech as you take the fight to other players in hectic team-based matches. As far as we're aware, the title's enjoyed promising success on other platforms.
Hawken launches on the PlayStation Network on the 8th July, and as mentioned, you'll be able to download and play it for free. If you think that you're up for a bit of mech-on-mech action, then be sure to take a look at the game's surprisingly in-depth lore trailer that we've embedded before suiting up in the comments section below.

From your headline I thought the game had been scrapped. Free to play games are so hit and miss hope this game is a sucess. What I dislike like with any free to play game is the high prices you pay when you do decide to buy anything within the game. It nearly always works a lot more expensive than you would on a game you just purchase as retail.
Will it cross play with pc?
