Store Update: 28th June 2016 (North America)

The US version of God Eater 2: Rage Burst Day One Edition (Aug 30th) comes with a free download code for God Eater: Resurrection as well as some costume DLCs.

Got Zero Time Dilemma playing right now... first time in a good while that I get a video game day 1

@WanderingBullet I was so looking forward to play GE:R now but now I'm torn. Should I wait for the August release... damn. Decisions, decisions.

@maamets I think you're better off waiting unless you really can't wait to play it or you could try to sell the code when you get God Eater 2: Rage Burst Day One Edition.

Only care about ZTD. Downloaded it earlier and have been playing off and on all day.

@WanderingBullet It came out that on vita GE2:RB does not include GER. As my main gaming console is vita then luckily I dont have to deal with this dilemma and can get GER right now. And also I heard that on PS consoles these games are cross-play. Excellent!

Three great games for the ps vita. System still going very strong.

Resident Evil 5, God Eater: Resurrection (PS4) and Adventures of Mana are the ones I went with. Nice week to stock up on games, and since I still have some stuff left to complete in Odin Sphere it's more than enough to get me through until Deus EX: Mankind Divided and God Eater 2: Rage Burst hit.

@maamets Ah, I see. Not entirely sure but I think the VITA version for God Eater 2: Rage Burst might be digital only in the US since Amazon.com only has the PS4 version available for pre-order.

For some reason Bandai Namco thinks North American PS Vita owners don't want physical products so the only way to get the Vita versions of the God Eater games is digitally. If you pre-order the PS4 version of God Eater 2 you do get Resurrection for free. You can play it right away if you pre-order digitally through PSN. You have to wait until August 30 if you plan to get a physical copy, a voucher will be in the case. No cross-buy but does have cross-save.

Yeah, even JoJo's Bizarre Adventures: Eyes Of Heaven for the PS4 is digital only in the US.

Capcom has done this for some games as well. The only way to get Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition on PS4 and Resident Evil Revelations 2 on Vita were to download. Doesn't make sense to me but in the case ofthe God Eater games I just see it as at least we're getting them at all.

Even if I had a Vita I would be passing this week. I have a lot of JRPGs in my backlog so I dont need more. And I dont think God Eater is for me.

I considered that but decided to just download it. Takes up the same harddrive space either way and I'm not actually a big fan of importing.
