Colourful and cheery craft-'em-up Dragon Quest Builders was confirmed for a Western release not too long ago on PlayStation 4, and now Square Enix has wheeled out some more specific launch dates.
The spin-off will arrive on Sony's home console from the 11th October in North America, and the 14th October in Europe. If you pre-order, you'll get access to a few exclusive building materials for use in the game's 'free build' mode. Hey, at least it doesn't have a tacky collector's edition, eh?

Isn't this also coming to Vita?
Wow. Square are really pushing these release dates together this autumn/winter between FF15, 12 HD,Kingdom Hearts 2.8, World of Final Fantasy, Tomb Raider; and now this. Is Nier coming this year too?
@viciousarcanum yup, vita too - though i think as a digital only release
@Rob_230 Nier and FFXII are out next year
Nice. Three PlayStation exclusives in October now - The Last Guardian, World of Final Fantasy, and Dragon Quest Builders.
its great to know I made the right decision on keeping buying PlayStation console
Out of all of Square Enix's portfolio coming soon aside from Deus Ex I'm learning towards Nier at the moment, never played the original but Automata look really interesting.
I'm stoked for this. I like DQ and Minecraft so it's a win win.
Still waiting for an English demo for this game.
Mmm on the fence about this...hopefully we get an English demo for it on the Vita
Yeah a demo would be nice, I hear its a minecraft clone but I barely know what minecraft is even supposed to be like. Is it really just building around blocky structures and nothing else?
Before I played 7 days to die I could never see the fun of creating or reshaping the world into the image of what you want it to be. But had so much fun in 7 days to die now I want to try minecraft and also this new Dragon Quest game.
Yes, we need a demo for this! I really have no idea of what to expect. I like DQ and I hate Minecraft.
