With so many variables at its core, you're bound to stumble across trouble in No Man's Sky at some point. Whether it's aggressive alien life, environmental hazards, or evil robot drone things, you're going to need to look after yourself and your ship as you explore the stars. And what do you know, the title's latest trailer is all about survival, showing the grittier side of intergalactic adventure.

Warning! Hype levels critical.
Two more weeks...
@Deadcow Not a fan?
I've never been so on the fence about a game over the years, as i have with this one.. So much good going by what I've seen, yet so many questions and reservations.
Years ago when I was playing Elite on my uncles BBC, I could only dream of the whole "infinite" universe and being able to land on a planet etc and with this in mind I am quite excited...
Yet, i'm still unsure of the fact that the sheer magnitude of the game, will in a way be its undoing..
I want the game, but at the same time, i'm feeling like I may just wait and see....especially with other games on the go and to come, hell will i be able to give it the time it may well deserve...
Hopefully it does well and i'll potentially drop in on it at a later date.
Yes but.. what do you DO?

Some of these covers could fit right into the game
My Alpha attack ship is standing by.
I liked this video, but I really loved the trade video. pretty good idea to hit the four pillars of the game to give those that still don't understand the game something to chew on. Cannot wait for this and playing Hyper LIGHT Drifter in the mean time.
(Levels Critical, Environmental Danger, Oxygen Warning.) The trailer in 5 seconds
Is there any gameplay vids that doesn't have a developmer or someone associated with game walking people through it?
Going to give it a try, got for £35 and if I don't get on I'll still get a week out of it and likely get the same back at CEX, this is how I like to try out most games.
definitely waiting on the reviews for this one
Can't wait!
Looks good. I do still worry that the game could be slightly empty in such a massive world and the sound design won't be exciting, but we'll see — and how much does sound design (open italics) really (close italics) matter?
